  This place is a joke. Wash is bad. The parking lot is filthy. It’s full of trash. I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it is turned into a trash pit. Do not come to this car wash. I am a monthly subscriber customer. I wish there were better options.

  My first time. It was pretty easy and all automated. Didn’t get my car completely clean. Still had some bug residue left. But we had just gotten back from a 400 mile car trip…so maybe it was more than the car wash can handle. I’d go back and try them another time.

  Everything about this car wash has declined since Zips took over. Half the vacuums don’t work. They only supply trash cans at a few stations. You have to pay extra for the privilege of vacuuming your own car. They no longer keep clean cloths at each station for you. You have to scout some out. I hate this place. If I had any other options in this area I would never return.

  I have to rewash my entire car. Bought their best wash for 30. It left black spots all over the car. Bluffton services that includes all ZIPs are a Fn rip off.

  Don’t recommend going inside unless you want to inhale dirt and debris. The company does not have people come do regular maintenance on the site and it looks like they haven’t had an air filter on this in ages.

  It was my first time going to Tidal Wave. They just opened up on the Island. They are five dollars more for a complete wash and wax compared to the same car wash services that are available in the area. Let me just say that I am very particular about trying to keep my car clean. I notice what works and what doesn’t work. How a car looks after a wash, etc. my first impression of Tidal Wave is the best car wash and wax that I can remember without doing it myself. Absolutely fantastic!!! Customer service is terrific. Dennis, the manager is friendly and personable, Hannah was very helpful, and so was Evan. Definitely give it a try, you’re gonna love it. Also, when you go to vacuum and detail your car, I liked that there’s enough space between the cars were you can open your doors without worrying about hitting another car or the person detailing their car!!! Keep up the great work!!!

  Great place to get your vehicle washed in Bluffton. The staff is friendly, the equipment is new, high tech and gets the job done. When going through the car wash there is quite a light show and the brushes, water pressure and suds are perfect for cleaning your ride. There are many covered bays for vacuuming, cleaning the windows, towel drying and for cleaning any missed or tough to get spots. You can buy a one time wash or choose a monthly option. Highly recommend!

  By far the best car wash in the area! Fast and friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure each guest is taken care of. All their employees are top notch, especially Cam who always greets you with a smile! Highly recommend!

  The Assistant Manager Charlie is so kind, and shows his genuine care for his job. I’ve been a car wash attendant and had many car wash memberships as I’ve moved a lot. Coming here from GA I must say was a big change as my ‘home’ Tidal Wave knew me and they went above and beyond. Moat of the young guys that work here do the bare minimum with ear buds in their ear. Charlie went through the steps so that there was no reason to miss a beat while scrubbing my vehicle effectively. I may miss my home Tidal Wave but he will make keeping the pass worth it as I almost canceled it because of the customer service from the other gentlemen.

  We used the car wash for the first time today and are very impressed. The car looks like it was hand washed, the tires are shiny and look new, and the self-vacuums are strong and effective. It can be difficult to keep our vehicles clean, living near the beach, so we’re happy to have a nice new wash nearby
