2 months agoOne star for decent machines, but they are still dirty and full of pet hair. The attendant today was a very rude lady that did not help us when our machine was not working. The car wash is also not working, the pressure washer does not dispense soap in the soap setting. 15 seconds per quarter is absurd.a month agoExcellent laundromat! Everything was clean and the people are super friendly. You can’t beat the prices – $4.50 for a standard size washer and you pay 25 cents for 5 minutes of drying. Will be back here for sure.4 months agoReally clean facility, and staff are friendly and helpful. They saved me money by letting me know I could put way more clothing/sheets in the washers I was using instead of having to use multiple ones. I go to wash seasonal clothes after getting them from storage, so the clothes are clean, but I like to wash it all before we wear them for the season(winter/summer clothes). And giant comforters fit there as well. Great place!4 months agoIf I could give zero stars I would. This establishment has the worst customer service of any place I’ve spent money. There are numerous signs all over the establishment saying what not to do. However, not one of them says to not put your baskets or laundry bags on top of the washers. After taking several big blankets to wash, and placing my bags on top, I waited in my car. I came back in to find my bags tightly wound around the handles of the washer thus ripping and destroying them. Upon asking the laundry attendant what had happened, and if she had done that, she immediately got aggressive to the point of spitting and yelling in my face. Two other gentleman came up and told her to stop as she was being extremely aggressive and stated she had done that to my bags and threatened to call the cops. The two other gentleman stated she’d done that to them also and to go ahead and call the cops as they had witnessed her behavior and been the victim of it as well. The attendant stated the manager was her cousin. No point in calling to complain. Won’t be back and will be sure to alert others of the aggressive nature of the employees there.5 months agoI was given attitude by the owner for my service dog. He didn’t ask to pet, so she jumped and I jumped. Was told to get out. One thing most everyone does is asks first. I could tell he was either drunk or high on something and kicked me out because of it. Don’t take a service dog worth you!!!

5 months agoThe burgers were a 5, but the location was a 2. They didn’t have any condiments for the burger or fries. There are no free refills that all other restaurants with self-serve fountain drink stations have. With the negative marks and that it is in a gas station, I have to say the burgers were awesome. We have tried for over a week leaving numerous messages with zero responses for the detailing part and for the main part on the east and west splash and dashes either they’re not open anymore or they’re ignoring their phones either way we’re taking our business elsewhere we do not recommend and we will not be trying again to schedule a detail for our vehicles
