3 months agoIf you want to spend your money and have a car washed without soap, this is a car wash for you. Once I went through the wash, I told the manager that there was no soap. He asked if the car was clean, I told him not really, and the front was still dirty. His response: it’s normal. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.2 years agoI did not receive a service at this location.I went in with the intent of spending $150 on detailing and left with out any service. No one was behind the counter at the register and there were not options for full or express detailing at the drive up. This was a big let down.
I will not be back and will attempt to find a different near by detailing service.
7 months agoI’ve been going to royal touch car wash Buffalo Grove for years. These guys and one female are simply the best. They are so thorough so friendly and their attention to detail is fantastic. Absolutely recommend them for any of your car wash needs5 years agoThe worst service i ever. They damaged my car. Car wash machine damaged my roght side door. Worst part is non of their employees mentioned. Never ever recommend anyone.7 months agoI’ve been using Royal for years. Through multiple owners and I’ve had a monthly pass for 20 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the hard working people here. Everyone goes out of there way to do a good job.

a month agoI got my Subaru outback detailed here. They had great reviews and reasonable prices so I coordinated to book an appt. The booking process was very easy and they were also accommodating since I had to move my appointment due to a funeral. My car looks great! Extremely clean and they got it done in less than 3 hours. They also picked me up from my house so I didn’t need to find a ride back to the Auto spa. Highly recommend!4 months agoSecond time i bring my baby here and for the gold package they are very detailed. Even the owner is into audis! Even took me last minute.a month agoI’m not exactly sure how they obtained my email address, but nevertheless. This is one of the best hand car washes I’ve visited in several years. They are not conveniently located by me, but I keep going back because of the job they do. The staff is always very friendly and they have always gotten me in & out without a long wait.2 years agoGreat place to get a car detailed. Very professional & do a great job. Andrew the owner was very helpful, took time to explain wax & sealant details. Would go back again.Returned to Prestige Auto Spa 9/9/2021 with a different vehicle brought from Arizona. Spoke with Daniel & he assured me that he has been working here for 3 yrs and will make us satisfied. He was 100% correct, he & Luis amongst others did a fantastic job. Vehicle looks like new. Very satisfied. Will return again.
a month agoBrought my car in and they did an excellent job cleaning both inside and out also spent time cleaning my brake calipers that were very dirty. They did such a nice job my wife brought her car there the next day

Not good enough! Inside is horrible 😣I chose whole thing clean price $45, plus tip $10. But it’s not clean and shine. Still a lot dust! Vacuum is bad… Just weten! I can clean better then this. Spend my time and money.
My first time going to this car wash and it was great! I got the $9 Express car wash (the cheapest option available). As soon as I pulled in, an employee ran over to help me with the machine. When I pulled forward, another employee directed me how far forward to pull my car, then did the best job I have ever seen with the soap sprayer. I park outside and my Corolla was covered with a thick layer of sticky pollen. He used a strong sprayer everywhere (even the roof!) and pretty much got all the gunk off before I started going through the automated part! I was so impressed. The automated part was also very good, especially the final rinse (very strong!). My car was well dried by the automated dryer at the end, but there was also an employee doing a hand dry. I skipped it because I needed to get to work! Very nice employees and I ended up with a squeaky clean car. Will return!
Paid for the most expensive option and am incredibly disappointed with how dirty the inside of my car still is. It seems they vacuumed the seats (although they still have fur all over them) and cleaned my all weather floor mats (that I paid extra for), but it looks like not much else was touched. The back “shelf” behind my backseats is still covered in dog fur, and my dash is just as dusty as it was before I brought my car in. I don’t think they even touched the doors, as they also still have dust on them. Beyond disappointed. I’d rather wait an hour at Delta Sonic. (All photos were taken after the wash)
Update: went again today. Pointed out the areas I was most disappointed in to the young men working. After almost 30 minutes, they finally came to tell me they were done. I went to look over my vehicle and, by the time I had turned around, all 3 men working there had ran inside away from me and my vehicle (i was the only customer there) without asking how things looked and if I was happy. Didn’t even wait for the tip I was getting out of my wallet. Unfortunately, the inside of my vehicle isn’t much better than yesterday. The biggest difference is that the inside of my car was soaking wet – from my cloth seats being saturated in water, to puddles sitting on my all weather mats and in my cup holders. Save your money and go somewhere else – they have no idea what they’re doing here.
Car is still dirty. Even sunscreen still everywhere. Long wait. Just paid to have my time wasted. Do not recommend. Save your money!!
