3 months agoThe oil change went great, fast and people were all curteous. Got a free car wash. I had trouble getting my vehicle into the tire slot. The kid directing me was very rude. Not kind, treated me like I was stupid.a month agoThe staff are very friendly and do great work. The car wash is an upgrade from what it used to be at this location.8 months agoIts been awhile since someone has tried to push an engine flush on me. And they used to do a basic check around the car. Tire pressure, lights, fluid levels, etc. Maybe thats included with an engine flush. But the $75 oil change was super quick.a year agoWe stopped by later in the evening to use the vacuums. They were only 50 cents and were super strong! Great for cleaning up sand after visiting the beach.Update to say I have no experience with the car wash or oil changes here but the vacuums are great!
11 months agoI had to ask for someone to check my tire pressure. Had my husband check my fluids when I got home and Transmission fluid was low and brake fluid was low. Also looks like I need a half a quart of oil 🤷♀️I was a loyal customer of Vans but not coming back to this place. People were nice.

2 weeks agoGo to Fast Eddie’s down the street. They have people who towel dry your car. I left today after paying $20 and had to use my windshield wipers to get the water off my windshield. I am beyond impressed with this car wash/oil change, especially the head owner Casey. I had accidentally knicked part of my wheel cover when going into the car wash, and he immediately ordered me a replacement with no questions asked. He even did all of the labor to put the new one on, and I felt incredibly blessed. This is a great business, and I’ve used their car wash for many years when we lived closer to the area. I wish it was still closer to our new home : )

I work 12hr days so I’ve been pretty busy so we brought my girlfriend’s Honda in. Our first experience went really well all seemed good. Our second trip there also went well. Well I had a weekend off so I changed my oil myself (like I’ve done for the last 15 years). Turns out the heat shield was taken off without us being notified, I know they’re always a pain to change the oil with them on. But that’s not their choice to make. I definitely won’t be able to trust a oil change company again, thanks guys.

The vacuums are the best self-serving ones in Muskegon. The oil change staff has this one guy that’s always trying to make your oil change go from $30 to $170. 😆 the wait time is never too long here.
