2 months agoWas reccommed by a friend, but wont do it again! Poor service- did touch less wash deluxe and had to wait 25-30 min in line and it came out bad. Drove down to seward and back and wanted to get bugs and car cleaned. Monster wash staff did not get all the bugs off and left water streaks all over the car. See photos! Will not return2 months agoWorked great. Room for two medium sized dogs at once. $25 for 20 min but worth the money for sure. Starts with a good shampoo wash and then conditioner, and blow dry settings too. You can change the spray type too which was helpful. Will definitely come back when the dogs are particularly dirty!a month agoIt’s a good RV wash bay. However, while I was washing my RV, the high pressure soap ran out. I didn’t want to waste my time searching for someone to fix the issue. I felt the wash wand appears too long because the wall on the left side doesn’t provide adequate space to manuver.There was about a 1/2 inch of mud on the floor when I arrived.
11 months agoThis is my go to for a car wash, for the most part I like it, except every now and then a bay won’t work and will literally soap my car then tell me to drive out without it ever even washing my car. Had bay 2 do it to me today and sadly it was 30mins after closing hours for the office so I’m out $16 dollars have no one to call or talk to about the issue and still have to wash my car😢 seriously really like this place but not when it doesn’t even work.6 months agoCome get your car washed at monster wash! 2 months agoI think they have a very decent machine, that gives a mostly acceptable wash. The con comes with the dudes that are stationed outside, to supposedly wipe your car down. They always do a super incomplete job, leaving a lot of water and liquid residue from the machine, all over my car. I’ve witness many costumers wiping their own cars, right next to them. I personally drive strait home and wipe my car better, before it dries and leaves the soap and water spots all over my car. I also believe they use the same dirty towels that scratch up the paint on my car and leave smears on the surface. I know that it’s pretty impossible to get good service anywhere, especially at these types of businesses. Sometimes they have to stop the machine while I’m in the middle of it, and when they turn it back on, I get an incomplete wash and tire shine, which I paid for. This has happened several times. I pay monthly, so I can get a wash everyday if I want, so it’s not as big of a deal as if I had paid for a one time wash. I used to tip them even though I got bad quality service, but I’ve stopped, because giving tips, doesn’t change their lack of quality, anyway. On the positive side, even though they are pretty expensive, I go there because I feel it’s still one of the best places for me to get my cars washed, near where I live.4 months agoLove this place! I’ve been a regular for about a year and they’ve always been kind, happy to be there and professional. The lady’s at the front are very nice and even handed me a rose for my first mamas day. The folks in the car wash are fast and efficient. After you tip them they are so detail oriented that they wipe the excess off the window from cracking it. I will always always use this place over any other in town. They leave my car the cleanest and the experience is worth it! They offer military discounts for single washes. The offer a monthly option also.2 years agoI have tried other car washes and this one if be far the best. For me the touchless car washes suck unless you just had a car wash in the last month. I usually get car washes like once a year and the only car wash that can tackle that mess is the Pink Elephant. It is not even that much more expensive than the others and it offers so much more; alot of contact for the cleaning and the hand drying at the end are my favorite features. And I have noticed that they have added lights since the last time I went so it is now more fun for the kids.4 months agoI went for the first time and the car wash it self was ok but the guys that do the drying were terrible. They took about 20 seconds to dry it and I could have done a way better job and it was still wet. The mirrors were maybe half done as well as the windows. I had to go home and dry it myself.

Quick and easy place to wash the car! We didn’t have any negative experience with the owners. The wash was quite busy as it was a very sunny day, but we didn’t have to wait long because of the multiple bays.

inconsiderate and insufferable owners. We realized our small car soft topper had a leak and had ruined precious sentimental Items and was asked “what were we doing” we told them we had just discovered the leak and told them we were about to wash our car. They expressed that that ‘Isnt their problem and we cant clog up their bay’.
the car wash was not busy. and there was no line
its not about the rules they set forth on their signs, our topper has to be removed to wash our car and we were in extreme duress already. thisis about treating others like you would like to be treated. when we needed patience we were met with cold capitalistic greed.
would never go back or reccomend. this is obviously the track record this business has from reading through other reviews and seeing how they repeatedly make excuses for their rude behavior.
Great car wash with solid equipment. Saw some reviews regarding issues with the owner or employees and I personally had no problem. Looks like they have Standards and hold people accountable.

They have very good vacumes, they have great suction. Plenty of products to detail your car, brushes were super clean. The pressure washer had good dirt removal from the paint. The place smells good. No molding smells. Also is kept very clean. There isn’t a bunch of looters or people loitering. It’s a great place to get your ride looking nice. They are always open. They have great lighting so even thr night owl can get in some well needed car cleaning. I would most definitely recommend this place for your cars or truck needs
Large vehicle wash could use a side platform so we can reach the top of the vehicle! Also, degreaser hose didn’t work! Otherwise, it’s ok to get your vehicle washed. I do appreciate the softer brushes so I’m not scratching up my vehicle.
