2 months agobeen coming here for over a year with multiple vehicles (probably at least 3 in rotation at all times), the monthly membership makes it completely worth it. love the service. every employee is super friendly and helpful. the car wash is always clean and so are the areas so drying and vacuuming. 10/10 recommend.3 months agoVery convenient car wash service. They provide vacuum, towels for drying and interior, glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. The staff is also very helpful and attentive.Update: wish I could leave another review and an additional star! The staff here is so helpful. 2 months agoI have given this company 1 full month to make things right. On June 27th there was a 6 car accident pile up inside this car wash. The day of the accident there was no manager on site as he was gone on vacation for 1 week. The following week we called and spoke to him and he promised a call back in 2 days. Two days later we heard nothing from him. We have since then left 5 voicemails at this location without a single call back. We will now have to take this one step farther to get this taken care of. All we want is our car to be repaired in the shape it was in before using this car wash. I have the entire incident on video from their surveillance cameras to help with my case. The boys working even stated there is no emergency shut off in these situations and the belt has to be manually shut off by an employee. If I were you I would not take your car to this car wash as they don’t care about their customers and have zero integrity. I’ll make sure to make everyone and every social media site aware of their awful customer service, machinery and trustworthiness.2 months agoCaliber car wash in Keller is great. David was a great help and recommend The Caliber wash that comes with waxing. I’ve been here a couple times, car comes out clean, and they never disappoint. Staff is friendly and helpful, I will definitely return!4 months agoThis is my car wash spot and the guys here are amazing! All the employees are smiling, having a good time and they care about your car! I wish the owner would let them wear shorts and dry fit shirt on hot days.

2 months agoCorey is Amazing he runs this place top notch!! He really cares about giving his customers quality service and making you feel welcome. I am now a member and feel this is an extremely valuable investment. I chose the best car wash option and am not disappointed. My car was cleaned very well with no damage. They offer clean rags and cleaning supplies to do your interior and wipe your vehicle. This place is Awesome!! Dont forget to vaccum!! I was very excited about the air sprayer nozzle to spray all the gunk from the crevices of your car that you can’t reach. I discovered this after I vacuum 😂. I still used it and vacuumed again. You have two different vacuum head options which was very nice. My car looked almost new. Thank you for a great experience Corey!!3 months agoEmployees were polite, car came out looking clean. There’s a detail station, free to use for your convenience where they provide micro-fiber rags, and glass and multi-surface cleaners. There were enough supplies as well. Vacuums worked great and they even have air guns as well. There was one vacuum that was left dirty from previous use, but as soon as I let the employee know, he got to working on cleaning it immediately. Actually came to my car while I was cleaning and greeted me and made sure everything came out okay! He was awesome and even gave me a free air freshener! Vacuums and wash were great! Will definitely be back!5 months agoCorey approached my vehicle as soon as I got into the lot. SUPER nice, helpful guy. Walked me through their different monthly subscription options as well as all of the different benefits I’d receive by becoming a monthly subscriber. I told him I planned on using it every day, he said “Please do!” Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can honestly say I’ve never had a friendlier experience at any car wash I’d ever been to. You can tell they take pride in their business. I’ll DEFINITELY be recommending them to my family that also lives here in Saginaw.

This is the second day in a row I’ve been to Take 5 and Texas. This location transits air tanks and has air chucks/blowers to blow off the mirrors after you’re done with your wash long with a full detail section that has clean and fresh Rags that don’t stink. The vacuums have great suction and the hoses are unclogged. I showed up at 8 and they were all ready to rock and roll so I was very pleased. I will be back! Thank you all for such a wonderful service and scrubbing off my car before the wash. Y’all are awesome 👍
Great place for a car wash. Great service. They evenhave the glass and interiors sprays to help if you dont have any. And if your car is funky, they give free fresheners, yup. I know. You like free stiff too.. Xavier was high energy and greeted me with a smile. I come here regularly. Whether its North Fort Worth, Mid city areas or Dallas. Great sservices.i recommend 10 out of 10.
Mixed feelings about this place. It’s convenient for me, and they send me coupons which in the past I’ve used the coupon with no problem.
Today, however the cashier says if I give her a good review and mention her name, Angie, that I can get a free wash. There’s a line behind me and this process would take too long so I say can I just use the $5 coupon and she says only if I have cash because something is broken. Makes no sense— so I say can I just get a regular wash and pay with my card. So that’s what happened. I’m not trying to play games, I just want to get my car washed.
This franchise pushes hard on the monthly unlimited wash subscription model, which I’m not a fan of because I think it wears down your car paint faster. I’m not an expert by any means, but it seems that constant scrubbing would wear away at your top coat.

First time coming back here since they changed the name. Would have gave it 4stars due to the wash I selected did not do tire shine on the tires. But the wash was amazing. However I rate it 5stars because a young man came back and hand shined my tires. Truly appreciated it.
This Take 5 Car Wash did a great job of cleaning my car’s exterior. Their microfiber towels, interior cleaner and exterior cleaner helped me clean the interior. Shannon does a great job keeping the Take5 on Boat Club Road operating smoothly. Thank You!
