4 months agoI’m rating this place because for the reason of the tacos that this guy nakes after 6 pm at this location after hours. You might want to stop by if you’re on the areaa month agoCar wash chain belt wasn’t working so they drove it through themselves. This place needs new everything but the workers were giving their all even in the 100° heat. A for effort.2 weeks agoDon’t bring your car here. They are the the worst car wash. The charge you 70$ and then expect you to pay extra to get your mat washed. I told them I will never return again.8 months ago4/5 because I don’t get a shoulder rub. Over all I have had nothing but good experiences here, and I dislike people and the public in general.i have brought vehicles with sound systems that required extra care when vacuuming or cleaning the interior was needed. They do a great job just about every time. Average I spend is $65+ bucks each visit, plus optional tip. I recommend the lemon and black ice scent combo.a month agoHadn’t been here in 20 yrs! 5 months agoGreat customer service readily available vacuums Unlimited towels which was good took all the time that I needed to get everything done will definitely keep going back price was very decent but I had a free wash I went to test it out and I liked it staff was very helpful and insightfula month agoIt’s really nice if you want a fast wash and don’t want to wait around. I have found that it is best when you towel dry afterward. Haven’t been able to use the vacuums yet as they are always full. I’ve never had a problem there.2 months agoBEWARE OF DEBIT CARD THEFT: I usually don’t use my debit card when using an outside debit machine at a gas station, due to debit card fraud, but I got caught slipping. Soon as the guy swiped my card to pay for the car wash, I felt like I should not have done that, and for good reasons. I had a significant amount of money taken out of my account, and I know without a doubt it happened at this car wash. This was the first and last place that I used my debit card because it was a new debit card. The guy standing at the machine swiped it for me and immediately I felt strange about it. So, beware of using your debit card at any outside debit machines due to fraudulent activity. Use cash only. I was able to get my money back from my bank, as they are investigating but it was a great inconvenience to me. Also, make sure you set up fraud alert to prevent debit card theft so you can prevent this from happening to you.3 weeks agoDO NOT GO TO THIS WASH UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING A HARD BRISTLE BROOM RAN THROUGH YOUR PAINT.I have the unlimited monthly plan on two cars. I usually go to the one in laurel rd in oakley but had to go here because i was in a rush.
Two clueless kids were working and i noticed that they were using a hard bristle brush that sits on the ground and then scrubbing the cars before the wash🤦♂️
I specifically them told not to use it on my car. They still proceeded anyway. Now i have to paint correct the car. The machine doesnt really scratch as bad as the bristle brushes they used since ive been using the wash for months without needing to correct the car.
Only once with that brush and its so bad that i need to do a paint correction! This place is ran poorly compared to the one in Oakley.

Paid $52 for a diamond car wash. My car was ready after 20 minutes so I was already iffy. Car had barely been vacuumed out, doors weren’t wiped, dust still on dash. The wash states that they will shampoo your mats, so I checked them as a paper was over them and when I went to lift the mats the floor had not been vacuumed. I was told my carpet was dirty, but I showed them it was leaves and crumbs. After being called back again my car was still dirty. The manager told me it was the best they can do. I asked for their rags so I could at least wipe down my car myself. Really disappointed. I know my car was dirty and I asked prior to paying if it would be taken care of and they said it would.
We have been going to this Establishment for years and we have NEVER had service like this before!! We paid $32 + a generous tip unfortunately before looking inside my car (MY MISTAKE) and realized that they only vacuumed the right side of my car, but only the front and 2nd row. The 3rd row was completely untouched. I even told the gentleman that there was bits of trash underneath the seats and his response was NO PROBLEM! Apparently there was! The inside was not wiped down as well. When I called to complain the Gentlemen told me that the $32 only covers vacuuming and not a wipe down inside the car. So, I literally paid for a half @ss job! I Seriously no longer recommend this car wash!
I have been to this car was many times before. I went there on Monday and paid 60.00 to have the car wash . Come to find out there was a guy washing the cars really quickly by hand and then someone else was wiping the car down. That means the bottom of the car was not cleaned and the wax was not applied to the car. I also realized that they did not vacuum the back seat floor mats . I won’t be back.
Excellent carwash, remodeling wash tunnel & adding self vacuums so a bit slower than normal. BBQ place & Barbershop on site.
it was great they really pay attention to detail, I will definitely be going back with my other vehicles
