a month agoCant go wrong with gook ol Quick Quack, Love how they are always raising the bar and the standard when it comes to a car wash experience. the self-service area now includes towels that let you wipe up or touch up your car which is an amazing addition in my opinion, at this location Ki provides excellent service with a smile. she deserves a raise!a month agoIt’s a good car wash to visit as often as you like. Provides vaccumes and wipes for the car dashboard. When my kids are in the car, they draw smiley faces on the windows, which the kids greatly enjoy. Ki is a friendly staff worker that always takes the time to greet us with a smile. Overall, it is a good place to go.3 weeks agoLovely experience! The employees are amazing and extremely friendly. 4 months agoI come to AmPm to get my truck washed at least once a week. I’m writing this review now because of Terrell. Terrell is one of employees at the car wash and he does an OUTSTANDING job. Not only is he good and makes my truck look brand new, but he’s also very kind, courteous and makes you smile when you go through the drive through!Tarrell, if you’re reading this, thank you! You’re one of a kind, keep doing what you’re doing.
6 months agoJust went through the car wash. The employees are all very hard working and attentive. Juliette checked me in at the kiosk, Terrell and Juan both scrubbed the entire car and sprayed it down very well before waving me through. I will definitely be back!6 months agoGreat car wash! I visited this location yesterday on June 28th and I’ll have to say meeting the new store manager Carina was such a pleasure. She was so patient with my wife and I. We had an issue switching plates over and she handled it with such grace. We loved her upbeat attitude. She even talked us in to upgrading to the new ceramic package they have. So far so good. My car is looking amazingly shiny 😉
I have personally been a member of this car wash for a very long time. I am really happy to hear that they use recycled water. I also learned that all of the scrubbers that are used in the car washed are made with a material similar to snorkel wetsuits, which are unable to scratch cars and do not hold debris. Being a member definitely saves me a lot of time from washing my car.
This location is very efficient and busy. Only downside is I often choose to keep moving due to the line. Today was lovely! No line, and the person checking me in was friendly and helpful. Had to change my license plate number on the account. Phoenix took care of it quickly. I also appreciate that Quick Quack recycles their water!
Very pleased with the staff they have here every time I come in. This visit stood out extra because the checking in attendant, Austin (who has checked me in a few times) was very attentive, let me know about the new pumpkin spice scent (which is awesome!) for fall and helped me find the perfect sent for my new car! Love this location and love the convenience of a membership so I can come all the time.
