Grand Prix will make your car look brand new again. Rico suggested I get a clay bar wax and my car was as smooth as butter. He was so helpful. They work miracles here!

Better off going somewhere else if you want your car to still be in one piece. They destroyed the covering to the rear view mirror, which was diacovered inside of the rim in the back tire. Came back and seen the manager help other people while I waited for well over 40 minutes for him to see what his employees done. After he was finishing the customers he felt like helping, he then says it’s not their fault, but offers deals of future car washes. Horrible management and not worth doing business with for the amount they charge.

Let’s me start this review with the first point of contact that is an older dude with this huge ego, he tries upselling anything under the Sun even if you don’t need it, such as deep cleaning the floor mat to an out of the dealership suv, the moment you say no, he stares at you with a nasty look, you might think I am exaggerating but even my husband was about to tell him what’s his problem. Like that!

They don’t even clean the console because it’s a liability issue but when you ask for a towel to clean it yourself they give you the biggest attitude I even heard one of the females complaining to another in Spanish.

The vacuuming is not done properly at all.

And the cherry on top of my horrible experience is that I had a $10 dollar bill in my center piece that disappeared, I was going to use it to tip them but I guess they took the liberty to steal it.

Save yourself time and money DONT GO to this low life establishment. Horrible service!!!

It was easy to use and they had everything I needed to wash my car. Good placement of the vacuum cleaner station. I was able to vacuum and then drive forward into a bay to wash my car.

Very bad customer service. My wife brought our car here yesterday at about 3:45pm. She was next in line to go through the tunnel. The staff woman was charging my wife’s card when apparently at that moment the car going through the tunnel went off the track. The staff woman got distracted and didn’t give my wife a receipt. Instead she told my wife and the cars waiting behind her that they had to back up and leave. She told my wife that she wouldn’t be charged but today we see on our online banking that we were charged. I took the car back today at 11:30am and explained to the woman what happened. She said she wouldn’t wash the car without a receipt. Then she accused me of lying by saying how did she even know it was the same car, which was very insulting. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was no manager, that she didn’t know when a manager was coming and wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name. Then she said she would call the police if I didn’t leave. I’ve had some bad customer service experiences but this was the worst one I’ve ever had.

Worst experience today. So I just washed my car 10 min ago. I was on the phone talking , I forgot to use vacuum so I came back . The lady treated me wrong she asked me receipt. My question is y’all put your workers on work and they even can’t notice customers 10 min ago I just felt disrespected . I use to go every time now I m good forever. She looks confused. That’s not how you treat folks

How much does it cost to wash your car in the USA?

Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:

  • Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
  • Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
  • Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
  • Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.

Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:

Type of car wash Average price
Basic automatic car wash $10 – $20
Touchless car wash $15 – $30
Full-service car wash $20 – $50

It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.

Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:

  • Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
  • Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
  • Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
  • Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

  1. I’m usually more of a manual spray car wash kinda guy but this drive-thru car wash is hands down the best I have seen in the Bay Area. Also fun ride for kids. $10 value is great and got the car real clean. Only baked on bugs may need to be done by a manual car wash. But for a quick good clean up this great and plan to visit more often as a busy dad.

  2. Be aware of this place and their customer service. I got my car washed here for at least 10 times and the most recent one got my car scratched. The manager said the scratches are caused by bushes and people walk by. Such a genius who come up with these reasons. I ignored all the bad reviews and finally got my turn. You can definitely wash your car here if you don’t care about your car. They have a very narrow space between each car and if the car in front of you is dirty, then you are lucky to get a tattooed paint.

  3. This is the best drive through car wash I’ve ever been too. It cost $15. I didn’t have to get out of my car. I got to relive the childish joy of staying in the car while the squeegees clean my car. And the expert machine wash lasted a good while. A great option to clean your car, especially if you have a date. It’s nice to pick up your date in a fresh, clean, car.

  4. I love this car wash but they do not provide vacuums! They should provide vacuums so that customers can receive a full service. Super clean exterior but dirty interior? Makes no sense

  5. I’ve been a regular visitor to Kaady Car Washes since it’s the only car wash I’ve found in the Albany area. They offer two options: The Advanced for $10 and the Premium for $15. The Advanced wash is sufficient if you’re washing your car once a month. It gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

I usually visit after work on weekdays, and it’s not too crowded during those hours, so I’m in and out in no time. I haven’t used their automated payment machine entrance, but it appears that many people encounter issues with it.

*As a tip, I would recommend going to the cashier window to avoid any potential hassles.
