2 months agoI’ve been coming to this car wash for over 8 years and I’m really not a fan of the way Rain Forest has changed the way the staff is being used to stand outside and select your carwash for you. I honestly feel harassed by the staff when I pull up to the gate to select my car wash, I feel that it’s unnecessary to have staff just standing there in your face rushing you to pick a car wash. I miss the idea of how Rain Forest used to let customers pull up to the gate and click the screen on their timing to see all the choices the car wash offers. We are all intelligent adults and know how to read what carwash we want. Please get rid of this and use staff for better things. This concept feels weird and forces customers to have to talk to staff they do not want to talk to.3 months agoMy 1st. time there. I have a monthly pass, and with in the first week of getting the pass the tire shine was dow for about 4 weeks. Now it’s a sunny Sunday and you can see that the carwash is open and has employees walking around but the entrance is blocked by cones at 9:15 am. They open at 8 am. I’ve had monthly wash passes in Cleveland, Virgina, and New Jersey. Never had more issues in a short amount of time. Also, the staff lacks a friendliness that other places still have post-pandemic. I wouldn’t recommend for long-term use.7 months agoWe laughed at the “enter at your own risk” sign but then the car before us stopped at the drying stage and our car hit theirs. We braked and then everything seemed ok until the car behind us hit us too. Slight damage to our bumper from their plate but all they could offer was a free wash and to watch the footage. The employee was very quick in filling out an incident report though. Also if you’re sensitive at all to smells don’t come here! Their soap was really really fake floral scented.8 months agoThe car wash is by far better than other local automatic washes. When I had my Audi TT, I paid for the unlimited monthly car wash pass. It was worth every penny in the winter.On rare occasion (a couple times a year) I deviate and go to a competitor for their free vacuum cleaners. Otherwise, Rainforest Car Wash has all my business.

3 weeks agoThis business has a bad habit of being closed with no prior notification. They are currently closed and their website says that they are temporarily closed. I am paying for a monthly unlimited pass. They are still charging me and I am unable to get my car washed. This is unacceptable. I called Customer Service to complain and was told someone would find out what was going on and let me know. No one has contacted me. Take 5 Car Wash is going to lose my business! It has been over two weeks since I contacted Customer Service. I still haven’t heard anything from Take Five. When I wrote this review Take 5 asked me to contact them for a resolution to my issue. I contacted them again. Still no answer. This is an excellent example of a poorly run business. I am taking my business elsewhere. I suggest that anyone with a monthly pass do the same. They take your money but are providing no service. Horribly run business. Do not go here unless you enjoy extremely poor service and extremely poor customer service! 👎🏽👎🏽a month agoWould give it 4 or 5 stars if they were actually open when they are supposed to be open. Closed Friday at 5pm and went back Saturday at 11:30am 8/19 and still closed. Canceled in past due to same reason. Nice monthly plans, vacuums when not clogged, and they offer towels and spray complimentary. Was is decent too..3 weeks agoThe first few car washes left my car a soapy mess which required me to rinse it off at home. Eventually this issue was resolved during more recent visits. However, the last three visits the business was closed during regular posted hours. I am tired of driving out of my way to a closed business. Also, please move the tip box back about a foot so that we can drive directly into the wash bay. I intend to cancel my membership. However, I should note that the employees are always courteous and friendly.4 weeks agoSince the original owners sold out, this car wash has not been the same. It is constantly broken down. For sometime they only had one lane open to get in so if you get a fast pass, you have to wait for people who didn’t. They don’t power wash the back or sides of your car anymore. They don’t dry your car at the end. the vacuums are always broken. It’s not worth the money anymore.4 months agoThis place was fabulous! The front of my car was covered in bugs from driving through clouds of them on the highway. It was the worse massacre I had ever seen on the front of a car. The attendant guaranteed me that the wash would get them off and that they would help in any way to assist. After going through the wash several times (2nd time complimentary) the attendant directed me to their complimentary detailing center to assist with it. She took time to help me scrub the front and offered me product from the center, which worked wonders! I would definitely recommend this car wash as the associates truly do care and are very friendly. Thanks for going above and beyond! You don’t get customer service like this very often.

Great car wash facility, offering monthly unlimited passes, which will be helpful during the winter to help keep the salt solution used by road crews from eating away at your car. Various types of passes are available from $20 basic wash to a $28 upper and lower chassis wash. The Free vacuums are inside so you can take your time and deep clean your interior. Vacuums are unlimited and have excellent suction. Clean facility and helpful staff makes this a cut above the rest.They even sell car care items inside.👍🏽✅😃✌🏽
This is a very good, comparatively inexpensive car wash with bays for vacuuming. They don’t skimp on the soap and the rinse is strong. The gentleman at the entrance as you pull in your car was very helpful with directions and checking the outside of my car for anything loose. I used the vacuum for the first time today. It was strong and did a great job on the loose dirt inside my car. I went early this morning and found that this is really the best time to go because they do get very busy later in the day.
I like this car wash a lot. The employees are very helpful if needed and it’s conveniently located for me as well as several other locations. I bought the monthly package for $9.99 and I use it regularly, it’s been a great value for me. I like that they have bays with free vacuums right when you get out of the wash, it makes it really easy to get the last bit of water off the car. My car is always nice and clean when I come out of there. Would recommend!
It’s a convenient and affordable place to get my SUV washed, especially with a membership. I docked a star because of the lack of traffic control once past the gate and the advantages the other customers take not waiting their turn. The aggression is real. Be safe.
