Store was fine for the most part except for an employee with a nose ring that covered the top of her nose LOUDLY complaining about customers that don’t put items back in the right spot. During her rant said something to the effect of “Let me catch a kid in here alone and they don’t put their toy back…” implying that she would reprimand a child for not putting a toy back in the correct place. I worked retail before and know it’s an annoying task but it’s also unacceptable for an employee to make these kinds of statements loudly so customers can hear. I was two aisles away and heard every word. The cashiers were friendly as well as the gentleman who was also stocking shelves with the boombox.

Was there today just before 2:30. There was only one line register open and a pretty good line of people waiting to pay. There was a woman at a register that looked like she was going to open up to help. A elderly gentleman asked her if she going to open up. The woman ignored him so he asked again. Then she yelled out “No I’m leaving!! On her way she yelled at the only register open “Remember balloons balloons balloons!!” If this person was the manager it would explain why the store looked like a bomb went off and everything was filthy. A person like that needs to work where they don’t interact with people. It was very sad to witness.

This is a larger (but not the largest) Dollar tree with a good selection of house hold items and seasonal goods. There’s food here too, but it’s not a good deal. What is a good deal are the cleaning supplies, craft materials, glassware, and some personal hygene items. Given the white center location, it can be sketchy here, but you won’t feel threatened ever. The cleanliness and organization of the store is about average for a Dollar tree but much more cluttered than other stores.

Long lines at the cash register, the girls who work here are rude and aggressive. There’s trash and homeless at the entrance of this dollar store, employees will refuse to help you nor can they point you to someone who will.

A really nice store to get all the daily essentials & household supplies. Everything in the store is just a dollar each. You would be surprised to see how much you can get in about a $100 that you will have to pay almost five times to get on Amazon. A very budget friendly store and a must visit for everyone.

I like it and it’s near other stores & me. I get there short staffed so it would be nice if we the customers would put things where we found them😬🤷‍♀️

Onething I didn’t like and hate is a cashier eating while checking us out at the sametime rub hands on their clothes and nose🤮. Take a break and make use of the sanitizers for customers, co-workers and yourself to 🤢🥵 If it happens again I won’t be silent neither will I let you check me out🤷‍♀️

Very good selection, limited parking but great employees at the check stand.

This store was SO messy today! Stuff all over the floor and shelves were pretty empty, but there were boxes blocking the shelves and 1 aisle. I was so hopeful when I saw the dirty old carpet got pulled up, thinking that the store was going to get it’s act together. I was wrong. This store has a history of being trashy and it still is. Darn it!

This place is understaffed, understocked and horribly merchandised. Long lines, disorganized shelves, messy, unkept… awful.

This location is absolutely disgusting! The floors have clearly never been cleaned which makes me question the germ load near the food items on the shelves and the products that end up on the floor. I’ve been in there once and that is the *ONLY* time I’ll ever go to that location. I normally enjoy shopping at #DollarTree but this is beyond awful. I can’t imagine that they’d pass a health department inspection at the Kent-Kangley store. If you have compromised health issues…STAY AWAY!

  1. Great selection. Good service. Not super friendly… but decent folks. Art supplies to Mac n cheese, sodas to dog food they got us all at super low prices. Each store is a little different. It’s fun to check em out in different locations and find cool stuff…. all are super cheap at $1.25 plus tax

  2. Unfortunately there was a white male around his 30’s threatened a homeless man with his gun and forced him to throw his blanket in the garbage. Right in front of the store by the garbage where the homeless man was resting. The White Male proceeded to threaten him and let him know if he were to return he would, “kick his a**” or worse. The White Male entered store for 10 seconds turned back out side and then went to his vehicle- it was in a Black Jeep with a gun in his hand visible that had a clip. White Male* (probably a trumpster) be careful and aware of a *BLACK JEEP*- *WHITE MALE* -*5’7″ 5’8″ -*160 -170lbs*- *HAD GLASSES AND HAT -T-SHIRT -BLUE JEANS- SEMI MUSCULAR**** PROTECT THIS COMMUNITY FROM VIOLENT AGGRESSORS WHO CARRY GUNS WAVING ABOUT AND THREATENING THE HOMELESS. THE HOMELESS ARE HUMANS TOO!!!

  3. The manager refused to blow up a balloon, saying we would have to wait over 20 minutes so the cashier could get the line down. Yet the manager wasn’t doing anything but talking in his office with another staff member about how people steal & how some use ebt to get cash instead. Didn’t bother to contribute to the cashiers and do effective work. This store is a joke. The cashier Veronica, though, she was kind and very helpful! She is a jem in this place

  4. This location is poorly ran. Edgewood location is 10 times better. Third time (different occasions) I have been here and they would not do balloons for me. There were 4 staff members and nobody behind me in line and the manager said it was “too chaotic l”. I don’t think I will ever be back to this location.

  5. The store is so neat and tidy with variety of items. There are usually only one or two cashier’s so there is a bit of wait sometimes to check out.
