a month agoThis was my go-to car wash for about a year now. The past 3 washes have left my car looking terrible. Spending almost $20 on car wash and it looking worse than before is unacceptable.a month agoI have a monthly pass to this car wash are used to love it, get in and out quick, but you do have to vacuum your own cars Recently though, I’m becoming less thrilled with it. The last two times I’ve gone to get my car washed one mid morning and one right now at about 8 o’clock in the morning the car wash was temporary closed for theoretical maintenance. Looked more like a coffee break to me. A little annoying when you’re paying for a monthly pass. Period.2 weeks agoDoesn’t consistently open at posted 7am. I’ve adjusted my schedule and route to stop here in the morning on my way to work. Been burned three times in the last two months. This business actually opens sometime between 7:30am or 8:00am but they won’t update the hours of operation. Otherwise, this carwash is clean and does a great job- when it eventually opens at an undisclosed time.4 months agoThe car wash usually works perfectly; however, there is one issue you need to be aware of. On occasion the rear most drying roller that lowers to clear water from the vehicle will not lower. This happens often due to being to close to the vehicle in front of you that worked successfully for it. If you are too close the roller will not lower again for you. If you pay monthly for washing, this car wash now will only allow one wash per day. This means if you attempt to circle around for another wash due to this issue, the gates will not open due to you using your once a day wash. A work-around for this issue is to drive very slowly through the entrance and not remain so close to the vehicle in front of you. The staff will try to rush you, but just keep going slow to allow space. If you are not sitting so close to the vehicle in front of you, this issue is not likely to happen.a year agoDO NOT go to this car wash. I don’t expect touch/brush car washes to totally leave my paint/clear coat to be perfect, but the brushes at this wash left deep scratches and marks down the entirety of the passenger side of my car. Reached out to management and have heard nothing back after weeks. Pictures do not do the damage justice.Edit after the business reply: as I said, the pictures do not do the damage justice. a week agoI got my car detailing done and super happy with that.I wish they would had done better job with scheduling and communication. Not only they did not get my car ready in scheduled window , but neither they called me to let me know about delay, neither they picked up the call. I ended up just showing up there around 5 PM ( my car was supposed to be ready by noon that day). They said it would take one more hour , so we agreed that I would pick it up next day first thing in the morning/ 8 AM
Next morning same issue, I tried calling multiple time with no luck to confirm that car was ready. I ended up showing up there. I was told 10 more minutes as they had to last minute check. I ended up waiting an hour on-site before I got my car.
Again cleaning quality had been amazing, but scheduling and communication was horrible
5 months agoAlways pleasing coming here for a wash or a full detail. They are the best around and always leave the cars with a mirror finish. Tche best in the game. All though they are really short handed they always complete the cars and the manager lady staying to finish my detail was just amazing that she cares so mucha month agoI just got my car (washed?) here. I am sorry that I didn’t check before I pulled off. As I was driving, I noticed that the windshield looked as it did before I arrived. I thought ‘how could that be? I saw them wiping the car down. The outside was unchanged from when I brought it in. I will not use this car wash again.in the last weekI came for a wash and my car wasn’t done good I did ask for no vacuum as always cause I keep it clean but I saw that the bugs wasn’t cleaned and still on my grill the door jambs was done except for the trunk door jamb. I found a couple of long scratches on my hood and it was never there before i would’ve gave it 5 stars but the body wasn’t done good, rims were done excellent and the inside too, but the outside wasn’t and there was some water marks and hood scratches. I’ll give it 2 starts cause the inside and rims and other door jambs were done good.8 months agoI scheduled a detail service a few days ago. Dropped it off. The Detailer was super friendly and I mentioned there was one scratch that I would have liked her to look at and she said she would do the best she could to take car if it. The amazing part is that they do clay bar which takes the impurities out of your paint. I picked up the car later that afternoon and I was very happy with the results. No swirl marks, just an excellent detail inside and out. I attached the picture so you can judge for yourself. I’ll be bringing my wife’s car for an overdue detail.

I don’t know what is going on with their equipment. I don’t know if the wash needs to be calibrated, but the car wash scratched my car on the lower bumper by the driver’s side wheel. It’s the only car wash I used for years, but I can’t risk going back to do further damage. What you are looking at is the front of a Toyota Camry.
Pete’s Car Wash in East Norriton is a fantastic place to get your car washed! The staff is pleasant and competent. The wash is fast, your car looks terrific. And, you can have as many washers as you want in one month for a little more than $11! Why ride in a dirty car?
Even though its not close, this is my go to car wash. I love that the vacuums are free. The service is outstanding. I recently had a bike rack installed, apparently you can’t go through a wash without a bike rack. Kyle was kind enough to help me. He definitely didn’t have to and I was so appreciative of his help, as im clueless and didn’t have any tools.
Great inexpensive $11 per month car wash. Vacuums are great. Staff is always nice.
Great customer service and the wash does a great job! Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. This is the reason I signed for a membership and will now look forward to coming as often as I can .
