a month agoFood was gross , not fresh at all .. got my order wrong & had the audacity to get mad about it . Paid for an extra slice of cheese , they didn’t add it and got mad again because I wanted my order right .. took the burger , added the cheese and gave back wrapped sloppier than the first time . All four of my burgers were nasty 🤮 asked for extra fries instead of apple slices with my sons happy meal , told them a once again .. attitude. Smh. Do better ! Not one of our items were fresh ! This is why I never come to this location, we were just in the area . ZERO starsa month agoI get that they’re busy doing a dinner rush but there was literally only two people in the dine-in area. I just wanted assistance and the guy didn’t really try to find my order. after 12 minutes I kept trying to show him that this is my order and if he had looked at it instead of just being like oh it can’t be found let me get my manager, he would have saw that it was on Blackstone up the street. I’m at divisadero that’s my bad but I was there for 12 minutes and he wasn’t trying to find my order and he could have helped me realize duh ding dong you’re at the wrong location. two star for customer service and usually when I go there I usually have to wait 10-15 min anyway even though I put in a mobile orderEarlier this year I waited 20 minutes for my food while the workers were being berated by some psycho over one cheeseburger that they made three times and none to her liking. It was lunch rush after church. I just thought the app would cut my wait to at least 10 minutes.
a month agoManager PUA was so disrespectful during my visit! No toilet paper, I asked for napkins and was disrespectfully denied but yet she could use napkins while in the restroom. Her attitude caused her employee to not want to take my order and had a new employee take over the order which the order was wrong. Manager denied telling me how to spell her name. Mouthed off to her employees about me. The worse experience ever at a McDonald’s.3 weeks agoHonestly the problem is while in the drive thru no where to exit homeless individuals will approach my vehicle and when it’s dark or anytime of day it’s unpleasant. I do not have a problem with homeless people it’s just uncomfortable to have men approach my window and tap on ita month agoFries were greasy, and no salt was added. My burger wasn’t put together properly. It looked like the lettuce was forgotten and then thrown over the burger, and they wrapped it up anyway. My order was: large drink, large fries, and a McChicken. Also, my sprite was nasty af.

in the last weekUnsure if it is just this store’s policy, an owner’s or manager’s idea, or an employee(s)’ way of handling things, but this is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that has taken such GOOD CARE of my ‘no buns’ order. I very much appreciate it. Other McDonald’s that I’ve been to would just wrap the meat along with the sauces ontop in the wrapper, causing a mess, but this McDonald’s have been serving my order so ever neatly in a container, also with a spork & napkins and in a nice plastic baggy! This is my 3rd time ordering of such request, ‘no buns’ to cut unnecessary calories, and they’ve always come out all the same, nicely packed. This was not a fluke, it’s someone’s idea of taking care of their customer’s order; it’s the only explanation for all 3 different orders placed at different dates and time all came out neatly served. I much appreciate it, and thought this McDonald’s very much deserve a positive review for such care in their customer’s order and food, which I normally don’t bother with reviews, nor give reviews to fast food chains… 5* stars!! I would advise other McDonald’s to follow the same footstep. Awesome job Jensen McDonald’s Team.11 months agoMcdonalds is always hit or miss . Seems like someone wanted to goof off for a doordash order and added a flat patty instead of a quarter pounder . What a joke ! Look how flat and over cooked that patty is . If manager is interested in who was cooking or prepping the patties , order was on 10/25 @ 10:20pma month agoWorst mcds ever. I refuse to go to this one. I live down the street and I rather drive across town. This mcds ALWAYS messed up my order, then ALWAYS forgot something. The manager is rude and ghetto no point in talking to her. Don’t even waste your time and money on their hard old food.5 months agoEvery time I come here no matter what time they’re rude they rush you interrupt you while your ordering and are to busy talking amongst themselves that they get my order wrong this location used to be great now I can’t stand it. Something needs to be done asap. I give it zero stars poor customer service.3 months agoWorst location ever missing items & to top it off big mac was missing a patty

The large iced caramel coffee that I ordered today was horrible. There was zero sweetness, very little caramel and hardly any ice. And the happy meal I got from my rewards was missing the French fries and the doing sauce that I ordered in the kiosk. I’m done with this location.
Waited 30 minutes for 2 bacon and eggs sandwiches and 3 McChicken breakfast sandwiches. Every car in line at the time, about 6, was told to park and wait for their food. Employees were friendly.
The parking lot and street seem to be a common meeting spot for homeless and sketchy people, didn’t feel safe while waiting for our food.
I only went through the drive through but they had two of the nicest people at the windows. I ordered an apple pie and a drink and as always I got my food super quick. To the two lovely people working tonight you’re amazing! And I hope you both have a good night!
They need to hire people with common sense. And if your kiosks don’t work, speak up. Also, get the druggies out of there. Some people just want to eat in peace without all the damn theatrics.
Went to this McDonald’s to get lunch for my family; I understand being busy and there being a line. That’s never a problem and I had a semi big order. I was told at the window that I would get my receipt in the bag (never got that) I ordered 4 large fries and my fries weren’t even filled half way. I ordered and paid for extra sauces I even asked at the window if the sauce was in the bag I was told yes it was in my first bag. I got absolutely zero sauces. Guess I should have helped up the line to make sure everything was filled and done right but, that shouldn’t be my job to do. Just a little frustrating to know when I get home everything I got and asked for wasn’t in my bag or done right.
