2 months agoThis place is a no-brainer. This location has always been of high quality. I honestly base my McDonald’s ratings on establishments like this. The food products are always made and served per McDonald’s quality standards. I swear I wanna put some of the other locations staff here for retraining. This is the epitome of excellence that the others should be striving to attain.in the last weekQuick service and very friendly person at the order/pay window! Person at window where you get your food could be a bit friendlier and or smile. Food was great!in the last weekDirty, took a long time to get my order, food was cold and over cooked. Stopped eating my favorite restaurant because all of them here have bad food and service.3 weeks agoOrdered on the mobile app and the store was closed so I had to sit in the drive thru. I waited for 30 minutes for the staff to tell me they didn’t have my order and accused me of doing something wrong on my end. I showed them the receipt and order details and they said I would have to go into the app for a refund. After looking around on the app I found that there was no way a refund could be processed online and I would need to go to the store to get one. I went back up to the window and showed the staff member who got a manager. He simply stated they can’t do online refunds and I would have to go to the app. I showed him it was their responsibility and he shut the window on me. To top it off, that was the last of the money I had, so I didn’t get to eat.a week agoGood service, nice lady, good parking, don’t like the electronic cashiers but there was a lady at the front which you can’t say about all mcdonalds

4 months agoWe have located another one. The chicken sandwich tasted old and reheated. The fries were soft and undercooked. You guessed it had no napkins in the bag with my order. So I believe it will be safe to invert their M to a W, making them a WcDonalds !a month agoI am not a huge fan of McD’s because 4 out of 5 times they get it wrong. This was our first time stopping at this location and it was fantastic. The food was hot and fresh and the presentation was nice. You could tell that they took pride in putting the food together and it wasn’t just a sloppy mess. Kudos to the team there!a year agoI needed a cheap but hearty breakfast meal. McDonalds are the expert at meeting this goal. I had a 🔥 🥞 and sausage meal. Quick and tasty. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and warmly decorated. 3 months agoThe person that took our order was not very nice, and he acted like he could not understand what I was saying. When I went to the pay window he didn’t greet me or anything. Our order was also incorrect as well, I asked for no ketchup on my double quarter pounder and the cashier repeated it back to me, but when I got home and went to eat it there was ketchup on the sandwich. I may not ever come back simply because the service was so bad.

I ordered a spicy mccrispy and an apple pie and a iced caramel mocha and they gave me iced caramel milk, they added almost no coffee to my coffee, and a tiny drizzle of caramel? That makes no sense I’m sorry but I’m gonna have to give them a poor review for the drink but the food I ordered a spicy mccrispy and it was not the right chicken patty they gave me a McChicken patty for it 🙄 you could at least just tell me you don’t have any made.
This location has been solid for me for the most. The staff is usually friendly and the food is fresh. Sometimes they skimp you on fries by not filling them to the top.
Went to this location for coffee this morning and ordered a medium coffee. Paid $1.56 and pulled up to get my coffee and was handed a small that I saw she’d emptied the regular pot so topped my cup with decaf. No big deal.. Told the woman it was a medium I ordered and she argued with me that I didnt pay for a medium, I dont know the prices, I ran out of coffee at home. I told her I would pay the difference.I watched her pour my small into a medium cup and filled it with more decaf. Told her I didn’t want more decaf and asked for a refund and she argued again that she had not put decaf. Anyone that works in food service knows that the orange pot is decaf. I went ahead and kept the coffee bc I didn’t want to cause a scene. She was the rudest drive thru worker I have ever encountered.
Told a friend about it and she described her, knew exactly who the woman is. Said she is a horrible person and talks to everyone like they’re trash..
BTW, the man that took my cash was very polite. The “manager” could use a lesson from him..
We paid for a mobile order and not only were there not any curbside pickup locations, they shorted us an entire meal. When I told management, she walked away and did not return with our food. Rude. And y’all owe me $10.
Fries were cold but they are always cold and they definitely didn’t add the extra salt considering I had to salt them again. Everything else was good. Nuggets were hot. Filet o fish could have used more tarter sauce, but I wasn’t paying a dollar extra to make sure it was enough. Hardly any mayo on the special bacon mcdouble. Wasnt impressed, but I wasn’t mad at it, I guess.
