a week agoHad an amazing experience at this McDonald’s. Loved their chicken cheeseburger and hamburgers. The fries were good too and the service was top notch. We didn’t have to wait for a long time and the atmosphere was quite pleasant for our meal. I wanna go againa month agoA great location for McDonald’s. Their Happy Meals always brighten my day. And the order number came really fast on screen so we were confused of how we want to pay if we dont have any slip or number to call. It happened to other people as well after us. 2. There were homeless people inside the restaurant, which made the dining experience was uncomfortable. However, during my visit, they had a policy against drink refills, which was disappointing, especially in the summer. A cold drink is a must on a hot day, and not being able to refill my cup left me unsatisfied. This policy might vary by location, but it’s worth considering if you plan to visit during warm weather. McDonald’s offers a convenient dining experience, but they might want to reconsider their drink refill policy, especially in the summer, to enhance customer satisfaction. 2 stars until policy changes.3 months agoI was charged 2 times on my card but the receipt only showed 1 purchase when i ordered at the drive through late at night.I went back the next day and they gave me a free meal to correct it but didnt bother to find out who double charged me, different person. Be careful and check your purchase if you use your card.

Chicken sandwich was like rubber 2 times that I ordered it..couldn’t chew it, or eat most of the chicken, had to throw it away. Other menu items are fine.

I drove home only to find that I was missing items from my order. I’m not going to drive 20min there and 20min back for my missing items. Ordered a hot latte, waited and forgot my order, after inquiries, gave me an iced latte, after telling the cashier and waited, they gave me a warm latte (slightly warmer than room temperature. I gave up. I thought there is a standard SOP for drink/food preparation In Macdonald’s? (Now when I think again, could it be that they just microwaved the iced latte quickly and changed the cup?)
Very good food, better to use drive thru because it’s very busy of road, close to bus so it convenient, overall good
If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went there today and I ordered a sundae. When we got to the window, we waited for the employee to give me my order. When I received it, I noticed I didn’t recive the sundae and when asked about it, the employee said only part of the order went through. I checked my order to make sure I did pay and it said I had. So not only did they lie to me but they also stole from me.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal large size. Restaurant was extremely busy. I got LG fry but med drink and fries were cold. I don’t understand cold fries from such a busy location.
