2 weeks agoI wanted to get breakfast here to start the day by eating in the dining room but the hours on the door says dining room hours open at 6 so I decided to eat in but the doors were locked so I decided to leave the hour because they lost my busniess. If they were able to get the doors unlocked and opened I would sadly only 2 employees are there so sad.a month agoThere was a very long black hair in my fries. I have red hair the manager made a big deal and said you’ll only get half a batch of fries because you ate some already. Like eww. She made it out like it was no big deal. I threw the food in the trash don’t go here services sucks and is unprofessionala week agoIf I could give a negative review I would. 1 they messed my order up and left stuff off. 2 went back with cold Fry’s to get my missing items. And they shorted me. This McDonald’s sucks. The employees suck. And the manager on duty sucks. As of October 4th around 10:45 PM. Trash employees and Trash food.2 months agoI have eaten at McDonald’s in 11 different countries and all across the United States. THIS McDonald’s had a professional vibe that radiated throughout their immaculate store. The managers and staff looked like they loved what they did and enjoyed serving the customers. There were smiles all around. THE BEST SEEN TO DATE.5 months agoThe staff here is generally very efficient, the only area they sometimes struggle is at the register. I suggest using the self ordering machines if you are in a hurry. Food is good, consistent McDonald’s food, and they always got my orders correct, even though I modify pretty much every order. Restaurant is generally clean. I stayed in the motel behind the restaurant quite a while and ate here quite a bit and never had any problems.

I thank you very much.a month agoI put in a mobile order for breakfast at 10:15 then arrived at the window at exactly 10:30 when they stop serving breakfast and they decided to cancel my order and tell me I can’t get breakfast since they closed it at 10:30. That’s some b-s. The whole reason of ordering ahead is to have it ready when you get there not declined. So if you are ever trying to put a mobile order in somewhere do it anywhere but here they have no care for your food, your order, or you as a customer. They were rude over the speaker and someone was telling the lady on the mic what to say. The second window lady doesn’t speak English so when I asked if there was more she couldn’t even understand me and had to have a translator. Largely inconvenient and a huge disappointment for how often I eat here.

Weighted 17 minutes for a curbside order that was supposed to take 3 to 5 minutes. When I gave up and went inside to get it, I found it sitting on a shelf behind the register. I said ”can I have my curbside pickup right there I’ve been waiting more than 15 minutes”. She said ”this?”, I said “yes”. No other words were said to me as she handed it off to me and turned around and walked away. While I was waiting I counted at least 13 cars come and go through the drive-thru. Clearly curbside pickup is not a priority at this location. Be prepared to wait. Now 15 minutes isn’t long to wait, it really isn’t but when the app says 3 to 5 minutes and all I ordered was two sandwiches and two drinks…..come on. I don’t know what they were doing that whole time but they definitely weren’t filling up my large orange juice that I ordered LOL
So I ordered a large fri and it looks like a medium. I asked for ketchup because at the window the lady just handed me the bad and didn’t say a word. When she gave me the ketchup she only gave me 3. Hopefully it’s enough for my medium fries haha oh and the ice cream machine was “broken” . So it wasn’t the best experience. At least they had Apple Pay and I went through the drive through pretty quickly.
The best MD in Tulsa bar none! Never have I had a problem. Would have given 5* if wasn’t so busy but understandable. Keep up the great work!
They call me the Mac muffin for a reason. Cuz I go down on some McDonald’s! It’s also pretty neat how you can have a burger and fries from there for over a year nor even refrigerated and it still look as fresh as the day it was “Made”. What a crazy world we get to enjoy
I hate cheaters. These places are setup with timers to grade how efficient and quickly the crew is working so of course they always want to ask you to pull forward so that the timer thinks the order is compete. The employee asked me to pull forward and I tell him in fine where I am. He then tells me there is another car behind me, well yeah its a drive thru. I pull forward where he asked and as I put my vehicle in park the food was there. Why the need to cheat?
My son said his nuggets were piping hot and delicious so at least the cooks knew their business.
