2 weeks agoI was searching all stores for unique flat bed sheet, I don’t want the ordinary plain ones. I walked in and low and behold I found some colourful and beautiful patterns with lovely quality there.5 months agoMy partner has just been to this store….a store which we use very often (at least once a week) and has just been publicly humiliated by the staff here who were wrongly accusing him of stealing a headset he was trying to return…which he had a receipt for. When we purchased the headset a few days ago, the member of staff on the till said to us that the alarm may go off when we head out due to it having a security tag on but not to worry because she knew we had paid for it..anyway we walked out and no alarm went off. My partner came in today to return it due to the quality of it not being great and as he came in, the alarm went off. As he approached the till, a member of staff called for back up and accused him of trying to steal the headset. At this point the two members of staff were talking over him and not letting him explain. Anyway after investigating the CCTV they realised he was innocently just returning a headset he had purchased the other day, as he had explained and was trying to explain as they proceeded to talk over him. I completely understand that people steal but to accuse someone who uses your store every week, who had a valid receipt and who was completely innocent isn’t great at all. An apology doesn’t really cut it. Maybe you should look at upgrading your equipment so when someone purchases an item from you, you can effectively deactivate the security tag? Its an extremely simple solution to ensure you don’t humiliate another one of your loyal customers.a month agoCalled in for a few bits and some of the signage was very misleading, four beers for 6 quid wasn’t that when I got to the till and washing detergent was marked at 5.99 when it was actually 12.99 😱and not a happy assistant at the till when I questioned it lol 🤣a month agoBrilliant shop, you can buy anything and cheaper than the leading supermarkets.a month agoVery helpful staff and with the app got some good bargains

Very good b&m store. Larger than your usual b&m and then the garden center adds to that even more. Its grocery section is quite decent and you could easily do a kitchen cupboard top up here. I personally come here because its the cheapest place for the soft drinks i drink regularly. Great stock of other household items too. Overall top notch
One of the biggest and best organised b&m I’ve come across. Situated on the main road with big enough parking available.
Store is full of literally everything you expect in a b&m but this one offers much more and with a garden centre on sight makes this store much more convenient.
Clean spacious retail store selling a variety of homewear, food and drink, toiletries, pet food and accessories, wallpaper, toys, and seasonal goods. It has its own garden section. Staff are friendly and helpful and seem to be always busy. Prices are reasonable
