  1. Customer Service is CLOSED?! This is crazy! Its 4:30pm on a Monday… I drove 15 miles to get here! So I wait in the area for about 10 minutes, asked for help, the nice gentleman manning self checkout calls a manager, and then, the manager who was called starts working the checkout line… uhhh. After about another 5 minutes, the manager yells over at me that Customer Service is closed. Insane for a walmart! I get it, staffing issues abound, but how hard is it to put up a sign or tell your staff so they can advise you of the closure before you wait around wasting time. I guess I’ll go back to my other Walmart in Redlands.

  2. The service and staff are top notch. The CEO’s are thieves. It’s no wonder the low income areas they service are chaotic. You can’t avoid the consequences of breaking the LAW…

    Shame that every one has to suffer for working and serving under the owners’ yoke…

  3. No matter what time of day I go into this WHACK store, I’m always followed by their Sad loss prevention team members no matter how much money I spend and , credit cards or cash just a little. FYI, I spend over $700 in the establishment every time, because I am the owner of a vending machine company, so I definitely purchase a lot of items here, and I definitely don’t like being profiled. I think it’s disrespectful and very much rude. I don’t recommend this Wally world, and I really don’t recommend any other Wally world never treated fairly in this establishment, so now I am Sam’s club, VIP member for personal and business. 10 thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  4. I am no longer shopping at this Walmart. I went in last week and bought food and got over charged $77.75. I went to customer service right away but they were closed so Barbara wrote my info down took a picture of my receipt and my phone and said she would contact me the next day. I tried calling the next day and no one would answer. I went in the following day they said I had to wait for Barbara but she never showed up. I contacted corporate and no one has been able to help me. It’s awful that you can’t get help here. Be careful when you slide your cards and watch your transaction history they do rob you at this Walmart

  5. Wow. Terrible shopping experience. My cashier never once looked me in the eye , greeted me or looked up from his phone as the card reader wouldn’t read my card. Even his supervisor had no urgency to help him as he finished joking with a coworker and moved as slow as possible to the register. As a manager of a multimillion dollar company I would never tolerate my staff to show as little interest in their job as I saw today. Even the greeter would not even look at me or break his comatose glare into the distance. Almost laughable it was so bad.
