Costco is a great place to shop and I had never been disappointed, always great people and helpful.
Today they failed and have disappointed me. I walked in there to do my shopping and I noticed they had the dinning table I bought January 18, 2023 marked down. Finished doing all my shopping and headed to the customer service. They said it was not the same item. Headed back there to double check we were looking at the right item. Spoke to 4 different people, first one was a young lady very nice and she said she will get some one else for us. The other lady was also nice but they had to take it a step further. Spoke to a guy that is in charge of the displays, I explained to him that they had 4 dinning tables and 2 have the wrong prices and another one has the wrong sku number with wrong price . He said that he wasn’t making any of this up but kids will go and move prices around. Like a kid can reach the price tags. (See pictures below).I asked if we can come to an agreement on price but the answer was no. He asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I replied yes. She comes over and she said it’s a mistake that there is nothing they can do about it. Anyone can make mistakes but it’s a mistake on 3 different dinning sets. I asked her if she could honor it, that it wasn’t my fault. As you know none of that happened. The first picture is the dinning table I purchased. The last one has the original price to my dinning table. They just didn’t want to do it because it was a $600 difference.
Newer Costco location, clean and modern layout. Great customer service as expected when a membership is required for entry.
Only negative comment is due to Oklahoma law preventing this location from selling hard liquor. Would like to buy Suntory whiskey at a discount as I have in Chicago Costco locations.
Bought myself a Traeger! The Redland is the same as one of the ones on Traeger but way cheaper. The Sprecher root beer is the best I have ever had! They have everything!! Including Traeger brand signature blend pellets that are $20 for 33 lbs.I believe
I love visiting Costco, especially this one. There is a lady in clothing named Cynthia, she is the best at customer service in all of Oklahoma City and surrounding areas! She needs a raise! This store is clean and well stocked.
I enjoy the products and selection. I have been shopping here for over 3 years and the customer service by all staff I have encountered is exceptionally poor. The quality of customer care goes down with each visit. Please hire new employees from top to bottom, with one exception. The very tall gentleman door greeter is very personable and kind.
