Spent $20 on a car wash just for my truck to still be dirty. The vacuums had horrible suction. There were still bugs all on the windshield and the grille. Now my front plate is all bent. Will definitely just be going to one where I spray the truck down myself from now on. This was our first time going to this wash and there was no one there to greet and go over the type of wash packages so we pulled forward to the entry of the wash to see if that attendant would help us. Eventually the guy ran out to help us. The only person that did a good job was the guy at the end that dried our mirrors. Seemed like the other 2 staff members didn’t care to be there at all.

The customer service is really great. Dakota did an amazing job. He made sure I knew my options for each wash. And also asked if I would like to purchase a membership. I will be coming back to this car wash because of his awesome job.

I have used this location of Quick Quack since it was built. They always make my car shine. The employees go out of their way to smile and greet customers. They are personable and friendly. I drive a large SUV and it never has a problem going through the wash.
Last time I was here, I locked my keys in my car. The staff was professional, caring, and did not make me feel like an idiot! I got suggestions on what to do and was even allowed to use an employee’s phone to call my husband because my purse and phone were also in my car. They took good care of me while waiting 30 minutes for my husband. I always use this location on Soncy because they know what customer service is and my car is sparkles!

The nice young lady was on her game asking which plan I wanted to start. Good job Tamra.
I got my bosses car after changing the oil and thought it would be nice to clean it due to the bugs on the front. I asked Tamra for the best wash because of the bugs on the front. I wish I could say the $21.99 price was worth it. I had lots of scrubbing due to it not removing many, if any bugs off the front.

Great car wash and such friendly staff!!! But the water smell when you enter the carwash is so awful. The fall pumpkin smell doesn’t even cover it up. The cars are also stacked in too close so if you go during a busy time, the dryer can’t keep up and won’t do the windshield or back window.

This was the best place may car has gotten a wash from. The staff was so nice and friendly. They took great care of my car. The cashier; Candra was so nice and helpful. She had recommended me the Lucky Duck package. I wasn’t too sure what it was at first, and after answering my questions about it, I ended up buying the package. I’m glad I did. My car looks amazing after it.

Always have An amazing experience at this location. Today an incident happen with my car being scratched while inside the machine washing it, but Sabrina the manager on duty did an incident report on it. Everyone here was nice and helpful. I’ve never had my car scratched here, first time but they still helped me out thanks again☺️

Friendly and fast. Luis was very helpful and made sure to offer alternative packages that will cater to my washing needs. The only thing I would like to see in the future is for the rollers to push from the rear tires and not the front. Reasoning why when pulled from the front it moves the steering wheel. Other than that great service!
Literally the Best car wash I’ve ever used. The staff is super professional. It’s well maintained. The car wash itself is very thorough and does not beat up your car. They dry off your windows as you exit. You can use their vacuum station with complimentary towels and they even have a compressed air gun to get water out of cracks.

I have to say. Every time I come to my local quick quack, all of the staff are great at upselling the memberships. I’ve never been so close to purchasing than I was today! Eli is the GOAT! Great salesman and very accommodating. Keep up the good work!
