This place is so great! They do a wonderful job pre-washing the front, windshield, and back glass so it gets clean in the automated part. The self use items are always well stocked and organized. There are always employees there and ready to help – they even offered to take my mats and pressure wash them!
Most importantly the employees are friendly and in a good mood! They are always smiling and kind. A couple of them even draw smiley faces in the foam on my son’s window before we go into the wash. ☺️

I recently moved from Michigan and had my car wash weekly. I started going to Whistle Express Car Wash several months ago. The staff are kind and attentive to detail of my car. I have not had any issues with my car. I love being able to vacuum my car after the wash. I recommend the monthly subscription so for car stays clean and looking like new

The absolute BEST car wash I’ve ever been to- the staff is great and work so hard!! Seriously, I have 3 kids and they absolutely trash my car like it’s their job. The employees at East Ridge Car Wash didn’t judge me for the 3 lbs of goldfish crushed into my leather seats, they just kindly and quickly made it look good as new. You are wasting your time and money by going anywhere else.

Very friendly, fast, and hardworking staff. The whole process was streamlined and easy. They made my car shine spectacularly and the inside is spotless and smells amazing. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes? I at one point had 8 guys going to town on my car with rags and spray bottles in hand simultaneously and they again worked like well-oiled machines; they know what they’re doing. The price was very reasonable too – $24 for a full interior and exterior clean in rapid time. It’s a bit of a drive for me but well, well worth the trip; I cannot recommend them enough.

They didn’t pull my mat in the back and vacuum my carpet. Left the mats wet. Didn’t wipe the inside of the doors. I payed for the full service and I know it was not a detail but I thought they would clean my windows not just wipe them dry. I now have to go vacuum my rugs. Subpar would not recommend or use again.

I had an incident at their car wash in which their machine Did not retract properly admittedly by the manager… ripping my front bumper off my Honda Odyssey…. Jeff the manager there just brushes everything off on corporate to handle. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours…. It’s been over a month and still no resolve. Not even a phone call. Don’t use their services they do not respect you or your property.
We use zips every time we need a vehicle washed or just a quick vacuum. Today we were at the right place at the right time. Check out these cool shades they were giving out at a ball game. Lucky for us they had an extra pair! We love ZIPS!
I travel from Missionary Ridge to use this car wash! It has excellent equipment and the staff are always very helpful! Jeff and his crew make me smile because they are always out taking care of the place and welcoming their customers.
My card wouldn’t work this morning in the card reader for some reason. Jeff tried to help and when it continued not to read, he insisted on paying for my car wash so I didn’t leave with a dirty car even after I said I would just come back later. He was so incredibly kind. It has been a rough week and his kindness made it so much brighter for me. Thank you, Jeff!
Casper took the time out and helped me with my wash service. He also offered me the monthly membership deal. I told him that I was driving my daughter’s car but when I bring my truck back, I will consider getting the membership deal again.
