The vacuums are weak, no power to pick up dirt and debris at all. The automatic wash does not get all the dirt off your car like it used to. I’ve never used the self-service wash, but see a lot of people using it. Maybe that is the way to go here. The pros, they have a human touch when you arrive to help you purchase your wash as well as someone who hand dries your vehicle after exiting the car wash.

Had car wash today at Monty location in Elk Grove. They were able to help me redeem birthday voucher at the cashier machine. The employee at the entrance of the wash gave hand signals to ensure my car was on the track. It was easy to follow. The end of the wash was a great experience as the employee towel dried my car with care. Overall great service from start to finish. Highly recommended to try!

This car wash was exactly what I’d hoped for when searching for one! The price was very doable, there was no wait, and the staff was friendly and helpful (even retrieved my wiper blade that was blown off due to the fantastically strong dryer). I’ll definitely be coming here again in the near future and many more times for mine and my wife’s car!

Friendly staff reasonably priced! Super convenient and the fact that they hand towel dry the vehicle is my number one reason for my membership! I have two cars on the monthly plan.

Jess was a prime example of what customer service should be. She was most capable helping us with our account. We explained this car wash leaves spots more so than other Quik Quack locations and she has same isssue. She has brought this to the attention of management. Cuddos for being honest.

If you care about your investment “car” don’t take it here. I’ve used quick quack for a couple years now. Never really had any issue. Until I took my 2023 RAV4 thru the wash. I noticed as I was drying my car a scratch on the driver side. I spoke to the person at the wash and she stated that it was probably caused by some roller and the reason she doesn’t use the wash her self because it damaged her personal car. I contacted the claims person by the name of Michael. He said that based on a video he seen the machine was working properly. I don’t know how you can tell your machine is not scratching cars thru a video recording. I reached back out and never got a response. Considering taking this to small claims because they don’t seem to want to resolve the issue. I don’t know about you guys but I rather ride dirty then ride around with scratches.

Nice people and good service. That’s all the good. I’ve been there 3 times now and the car wash keeps scratching my car first it was small and didn’t really notice it but this last time really did a number. And the vacuums are always taken up so I never used them, good I have my own hand vacuum for the car
I don’t usually leave a feedback unless I face with some disrespectful behavior. Today around 2 15pm I went for a car wash and soon as I get close to the gate on far right lane the gate got open and I tried to proceed through the gate the lady check in start screaming and says hey hey stop and come back than I pulled back and told her she could say that nicely and there is no need for a screaming and she can’t talk to customer like this than i spoke to the shift manager and told her to educate her to do a better customer service.
i had my kids in the car and the lady was so nice i asked for the best one and i was alittle brain dead from dealing with my twin two year old boys. i had been needing to get a wash and never want to or seemingly have the time to do so, so it is nice when someone is nice to you. thank you so much kind woman who helped me.
Dude. I love me some Quick Quack. They have the BEST vacuums! They even have a crevice tool! And the wash club is crazy good deal! And the people working at the one on Bruceville are very nice.
