This location is very clean and bathrooms are well maintained. The employees are always so kind and helpful. The gas station is currently being remodeled.

It reminded me of Nordstrom 25 years ago there Customer Service was outstanding…helped me with a couch for my sons first house…they made it easy on this Old Man..Please Please extend my gratitude towards them Costco is lucky to have them at their Federal Way Store.

I feel this place should have more brands than they do. I also don’t need 2 gallons of milk or 36 eggs at a time. We only really shop for laundry products which you don’t have liquid no scent tide only pods which is a disappointment. We also get bathroom and paper towels which are better priced in bulk. There’s just not a lot of what im.looking for when I shop and the lines are nuts. The parking lot is chaos with no room for bulky vehicles. It’s an honest mess at this place.
