a week agoMy most recent shopping experience was negative. I bought bagged salad and cauliflower which both were moldy when opened that evening which I might add are expensive items that you don’t want to put back in a broken bag to take back to the store for a refund. Especially after the bad experience with the check out line. Don’t use self check out unless you only have 1-2 items. I couldn’t scan items and get them accepted. The staff would not cancel my order so I could go to regular line. I then go to leave after it took a long time to check my items out and I had missed an item checking out. It took 3 people to figure out what was missing at the door to exit so everybody stared as they left, 30 minutes and finally I was able to leave after handing back the item missed which was caused by the self check out not working properly. I didn’t care at that point and just wanted to escape the store. The ridiculous thing is that 5 different staff told me that self check out didn’t work right and to not use it. Why have something in your store that doesn’t work?? I would contact the company but it is so difficult to find a phone number for corporate and I do not want to “chat”.in the last weekWhat can you say about Costco that isn’t positive? However, I felt like a heifer going through the shoot at the”food” lot. Scott was not personable or friendly at all. Rather, I felt I was an inconvenience at his register as he and his helper, who was there to run me through even more quickly, made haste. I began to wonder if I was on a conveyor belt. And then, as always, I was check to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything as I went out the door.a week agoNice clean an well stocked but wayyyy too expensive! But you can find things there u can’t find in other stores an the clothing isn’t too bad priced but wow it’s a very expensive visit every time. I go there just to buy the ckn wings and clothes. An sample the free food samples they give out. Kind of fun some times.

And edit: strawberry mini cakes too!a week agoBought my hearing aids here. Friendly, professional testing and recommendations. Follow up fitting and personal settings were well done. All my questions were answered. My technician wears hearing aids herself, which made things even better!11 months agoI shop Costco once a month. Love the organic foods variety. Organic is important if you want to eat clean. They have so many organic products so it’s easier to have a clean diet. And the prices are cheaper here, than I have found almost anywhere else. The only exception so far, is the organic milk. You can get organic milk everywhere, for $6 a gallon. Costco sells theirs for $10.99 for 3 half gallons. That 7.33/ gal. But I’ve priced almost everythig else ( Organic) and Costco beats everyone! ( that I’m aware of)2 weeks agoI was a member years and years ago. Was an “Executive” member so you pay more to get money back. We let our membership expire and shortly after got a $15 Costco check. I somehow hung onto that check since 2011! Turns out even though the “check” never expires you can’t cash it unless you have an active membership. You can’t have a friend with an active membership cash it for you either. I know it’s only $15 but it’s the principle. I HAD a membership that touted the benefit of earning money back but as usual there are LOTS of strings attached.The store staff was nice so this is not a slam on them, it’s the corporate policy. Who has lost a customer for life (I had been a member since the early 1980’s until 2011). I will never join again. There are other options out there.

Great day at Costco not to busy check out the tv on sale
This costco is way different from other costco’s …the weather was peaceful …yes the weather inside is tooo peaceful…and all costcos have same products..and the same long billing queue line !
This might be my least favorite place on earth. Their cult-classic pizza makes 7eleven fell like you’re in NYC. All grocery/meat/produce is obviously catered to people with zero culinary skills. Bone-out pork shoulder? Really? Why? I give two stars because the cheap wine is actually pretty good and return policy is excellent. My partner had me return some useless vacuum thing she bought. This was literally the first time I’ve returned anything in my 40+ years of life and they made the experience bearable. Good on them for that.
I have been shopping at this location for more than 10 years now, customer service is great, I liked it here until last night. Around 7pm last night at the self check out, after I scanned the mushroom, and put it on the counter, the light flashed, a Costco staff, a lady, rushed over and took the mushroom container and put it back to our shopping cart without a word, when I asked her why she’s putting back scanned package back to the cart, she was very upset, almost yelled at me, saying that she didn’t know why…that’s so rude and disrespectful! Then I have noticed that Costco have installed some kind of sensor for weight, and that happened to another customer next to me too. There is another Costco staff there too, he seemed very impatient with the other customer too. I hope the management can do something to improve the staff quality.
