4 months agoHad one of the worst Target experiences at this particular location. Came in there on Wednesday May 3rd in the afternoon to specifically buy handheld fans that another Target told me they had in stock. I was purchasing handheld fans for a gift bag my job was providing for their employees. When I arrived to this location and explained to an associate what I needed, they seemed so annoyed and bothered to help me. I spoke with 2 other employees to locate the items and they were not any friendlier and if not more rude. Basically I was told they had the fans but they didn’t want to get them from the back because they “couldn’t” and I had to come back in TWO days and MAYBE they would be available for purchase… what?? Never have I ever not been able to purchase something that was in store but “unavailable” because the associates were too lazy to get them from the back for me. I will never shop at this location again and I advise the same to whomever thinks about going here. Other Targets are better, bigger and far more nice.a year agoNormally this store is fairly clean and organized, however, the shoe section is a complete disaster. It’s worse than how it looks in the photo. No employees were even around trying to clean up. Shareholders should sue.a year agoGood place for baby stuff, they exclusively sell millie moon diapers which is the only diaper can prevent my baby poop blowout. With Target circle and their app you are able to get electronic coupon and extra discount for groceries and clothes. The target location is the worst. I frequent Target and I just moved to this area and the times that I’ve placed an order at this location it’s been horrible. They said the order was ready, I arrived and checked in and a few times was the Only car in the pick up spots and watched as they assisted 4 or 5 other cars who drove up AFTER me. I’ve only purchased at this location maybe 3 times and every time isn’t welcoming. I sit in parking spot 6 for at least 20 minutes. No one brought the order out and each time no one asked even though they saw me parked there waiting. I only had had 3 small items. One of which I had to cancel after they had already charged me because they said the item was out of stock. They will always show inventory in stock that they don’t even have. The Lewisville Target is one of the best Targets I’ve seen and their customer service is awesome. This location could learn something.
I had my first instacart order at this location. So appreciative how friendly and helpful the morning staff were. From the stockers, lady cashiers and department floor managers. All had such happy and friendly smiles in assisting me in anything I needed. They all went above and beyond in making my shopping experience amazing. We definitely need to appreciate everyone now in days. A Big Smile goes a long way! Target you definitely have an amazing morning staff. Can’t wait for plenty more orders to take place at this location. Just to see them all, again. They all made my day. Thank You so much.
During my recent visit to Target, I had an exceptional shopping experience, all thanks to a helpful worker named Yosef. As I wandered through the store, unsure of where to find the Chip aisle. A kindly requested help from a young handsome man. He guided me the chip aisle! He even gave me some recommendations and I think I found a new favorite chip! All thanks to this young man!
I always use Super Target (Allen North location) for my pickups. They are quick and easy and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, this location usually has things that I want in stock even when other stores are out of what I want. Keep up the great service and thank you! (Plus their prices are very competitive, so it’s a win-win for me! ) ❤️❤️❤️
Hey, you, reading the review for a Target, what are you expecting? This place is nice, there’s basically nothing wrong with it. It’s gigantic. This ain’t a Sherman Target.. this here is the real deal. I probably wouldn’t wear a red shirt with khaki pants in here though, just a suggestion.
