11 months agoNice and recently remodeled Target store but the lines for checkout were crazy crazy long, only two registers open on Saturday afternoon with the lines for the self checkouts going down the whole main aisle. Starbucks still closed for renovations as well.2 years agoFacility is clean, neat and tidy and always seems to be well stocked. More so than the other two target locations in modesto, as I’ve been able to get items the other two were out of for weeks, and they had plenty right on the shelf. Bathrooms were well cared for, clean and very tidy, thank you. Store employees were regularly cleaning and sanitizing heavily interacted with surfaces6 months agoThe store was clean, well-stocked, and employees are knowledgeable on product location when I asked. I normally shop at the Manteca location but was in Modesto today and was unfamiliar with a product location and was quickly helped. Also, that lady with blond hair, I believe near register 1 at about 9:25 AM, is super friendly. She has helped me before and was just as friendly then. She was the only person working at the checkout at that time today and since she did not have anyone in line, she walked from behind the counter and was looking for customers to help and she directed me to her register to check out. I have seen her do this before and it shows me she cares about her job and work and customers, too.in the last weekI was so impressed at how quick they moved the guest services line. Making sure everyone was in and out with minimal waitingin the last weekThe Starbucks ruins my shopping experience at this target. The staff isn’t friendly and they never have anything in stock except water 😂

The store on McHenry is disgusting. Had not been to this store in many years and it was never this bad before.
Everywhere you look, it’s dirty and the shelves are empty. It had the “bankrupt” or “store closing for good” feel to it. The employees are millennials and to be honest…. are the most pathethetic generation to date. Lazy, rude and have no work ethics and no motivation. No one is going above and beyond their job duties. They don’t care
The carside pickup service here is phenomenal! The team is super speedy, very friendly, and it has made Target shopping so convenient! I still go into the store for some things, but this just makes it so darn easy to get specific things that you need quickly!
I wanted to buy a fitness tracker. There were very few in stock and not enough information to determine which would be best for me. The clerk, Zach, was as helpful as he could be, but I realized I would have to buy it online where I could learn enough to make a good decision. Also, checkout was a nightmare with lines winding through several aisles waiting for the only two cashiers.
Oh, this is our neighborhood target we always go to it. It’s always clean and fully stocked, our favorite cashier is Tia. She’s fast and friendly.!!!
If I could give this target 0 stars I would. I love the Target on Mchenry but had the worst interaction with one of the employees, Nicole. Literally asked her help and brushed me off and wasn’t any help, bad customer service. I dislike giving bad reviews but her attitude was unacceptable.
