Great location for those of us in the Camas/Washougal area. Store is fun to browse, love their $5.00 area, fun decor. Great pharmacy, fashionable clothes, sweet baby section. Home decor and groceries! What more do you need…more time and more money! I never walk out of here empty handed. Store is clean. Starbucks located inside. Staff is friendly. Great place to grab a gift or something for yourself!

This is information straight from an inside source. This place is a mess. I’m pretty sure everyone inside this store is stealing. A young man came in the store and went to the back and stole a 700 scooter. That’s insane. That’s an inside job. The employees are the ones stealing. I cam in the other day to grab some extension for my computer and watched a girl clip the headphones off the display model. Their was not one employee around. I personally was looking for an employee for 10 minutes straight. The store is a war zone. Shoes all unorganized the clothing isnt any better.

The beautiful girl that works the mens department is the best employee in the whole joint. Young but she has style and class.

One night a man came in the store. He was asked to leave because he shop lifting. He didn’t leave he proceeded to the dressing room where he passed out and then went into a dressing room and made a fool of himself inside. Then continued shopping touching the mens products. That young worker was told to clean up his mess. She had no gloves on and had to touch the dirty clothes that had mens junk on it. She’s 16 years old. This store needs to be shut down. They have no managers, the turn around is fast due to the stealing and people coming in saying they are going to shoot up the place.

.this isnt a store for your kids folks. This store is gross and needs to shut down.

Target isn’t my favorite place, but it’s still got a lot to offer. Great prices and selection for kids and adults. According to my daughter, they have some food products that she loves that she can’t find anywhere else. They have pretty much everything you need for your day to day living. Food, clothes, personal care items, toys, sporting goods, and even furniture. It’s not high end stuff, but it’s great if you’re on a budget.

I used Target’s order pick-up for the first time. It’s been around for quite sometime and my husband always uses it. He often gets discounts using this process in lieu of buying in-store. All he needs is the order barcode or his license for verification and he’s done out the door. I enjoyed my experience as well. My product price wasn’t reduced but I didn’t feel like looking for it on the shelves. Someone else can do this for me as I get turned around in the store because of how the isles are marked. The online store selection kept defaulting to a different “my store” location even though I listed my zip code, which was confusing. I had to search manually which could be a deterrent for impatient shoppers. Overall, I will continue using this process.

Quick and easy order pick up. I ordered 2 items that said in stock but soon after I completed my order they said they weren’t available so I went ahead and followed the prompts to cancel those two items. I was still charged for them and it’s been 4 days and I have gotten refunded 1.00 on one day and another 1.00 on another day…. still awaiting the other 24.00 to be put back on my card…

Can I start by saying that I hate the self checkout, and this store is all about self checkout. They have very few employees, so if I have a question I have to wander around to find someone. They also have everything locked up, and it’s very difficult to get someone to help open the cabinets. This store needs some major help. It is a clean, nice store, but they appear to be doing everything possible to discourage me from going there.

Good store and products. However they often don’t have what I need in stock, nor will they sell you display items. I noticed on several items in certain areas they only stock 3 on a shelf…so of course they will run out! STOCK more of ALL merchandise please.

My shopping experience at Target was very nice. The store was stocked, clean and spotless. There was a cashier at the register to ring up my purchase. If there were not a cashier, I would have left my items in the cart and walked out of the store. But, I have seen a good change at the Hazel Dell Target…cashiers on duty.

I absolutely loved shopping at the store. Now, it is an absolute train wreck and hassle. You can’t buy anything without needing an employee chaperone to unlock every glass case isle by isle just to get daily and household essentials. I totally understand shop lifting must be terrible to take it to this point but if it wasn’t hard enough to find someone to help prior to being pulled around every which direction before it is even worse now when 50 people within the beauty/health sections all need a different case opened just to buy body wash, deodorant, or laundry soap. Yet, all the make up is left open for a free for all…🤷🏻‍♀️

I bought 6 folding chairs online, and I picked them up through curbside and they gave me 4 damaged chairs. I went to exchange them for new ones but the manager told me they don’t have an exchange policy, and they said it in a very hostile and rude tone that was not needed. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  1. Poor customer service,
My Girlfriend ordered a Medical item to have me pick up.
When I got to the store they could not find it under her name or mine of course this meant That it was ordered from the wrong store.
Which it was not seems how we do orders from the same store and don’t shop at any others!
even with this info she still procceded to tell me how it was my Girlfriends fault she must had ordered from another store what was the product tell me we can go find it!
Obviously this is not something she wanted everyone to know she was getting nor was it something I wanted people to know that I was getting that is why we ordered it and did not go into the store and pick it up ourselves. Disappointed in target.

  2. I get theft and all but it’s a little ludicrous to have simple toiletries locked up behind glass. Decided not to buy basic items such as toothpaste because it would have been too much of a hassle to find an employee to unlock the case lol.

  3. This Target is now locking up very simple items such as 3.99 toothpaste in addition to making customers ring themselves up. This is not the way to do things. The locked cases make me feel less safe shopping here. Target Asset Protection higher ups need to be fired.

  4. Went into Target to make some purchases and was surprised that it had changed from an open and welcoming place to something out of a police-state-inspired dystopian future. So many common things are now in glass cases under lock and key. Absolutely pathetic. Sure, I understand that theft happens, but just as an idea, how about hiring more associates to help customers? I know that is a radical idea and all. Honestly, what I saw today gives Target a bad Walmart vibe — The kind of place you only want to shop when you have no other options. If this is the “future” of Target, I will shop on Amazon instead.

  5. This location has put everyday items behind locked doors. The affect is that the store feels unsafe, and you can no longer shop for household goods such as toothpaste, shampoo, or laundry detergent without getting an associate to unlock and distribute the items.

This paints a bleak portrait of our city. If toothpaste needs to be locked up, there is something far worse happening than theft.

I will no longer be visiting this location.
