  1. It was okay. The meat was great and they came to our table consistently to give us more meat. The salad bar was pretty simple, nothing out of the ordinary. I wish they had more warm options at the island. Our server only showed up once! He introduced himself once and asked what drinks we wanted. He never showed up. We had to asked, what I believe was a supervisor about our drink and if we could get water refills. Keep in mind this was already 15-20 minutes in after serving ourselves food. He stated he would comp us a free dessert which was nice, but never got it. The entire time there we never had an actual server. The bathroom was dirty and messy. For spending over $150 you would expect a better experience.

  2. What a great place for any occasion. Dinner with a few colleagues. The service was great, all of the servers were very friendly. Desserts were amazing. Creme Brule and chocolate cheese cake but we thought we ordered a chocolate lava cake. Either way this was perfect.

  3. nothing but amazing things to say about this establishment and everyone who works there.
My first experience at Fogo De Chão wasn’t the best. It was Valentine’s Day and it seemed as if the restaurant was overwhelmed by the amount of people. But after my boyfriend left a review, Rafael, the manager, immediately reached out to us and offered to give us a second chance with accommodations. This man is truly a saint. He gave us the best dinner experience I have ever had dining at a restaurant. The food was amazing, and so fresh! The meat was some of the best I’ve had. So delicious! Rafael He went above and beyond for us. He truly cared about us and was extremely accommodating. It doesn’t surprise me that this restaurant is constantly packed with people, the management truly knows how to run this place and run it well, while also putting the customer at the top. Not only was Raphael impeccable, but so were our servers. Jasmine W, was so polite and sweet, I loved her warm energy and professionalism, she made sure we were always being taken care of if we needed something. everyone working was so friendly and helpful!!
Overall, I can’t recommend this place more, you are missing out if you haven’t gone to Fogo De Chao!!!!

  4. I want to give the staff that worked for Mother’s Day brunch a special thanks! It was very busy, but from the greeter in the front with the impatient crowd to the waiters and cooks; made my Mother’s Day very special with big smiles even though it was so busy! Food was Amazing and fresh! Thanks! Job well done!

  5. Our experience tonight was awful, the meat was chewy or burnt, and the service was nearly non-existent. Our waitress Andrea visited the table next to us at least six times before stopping by our table. We heard her mention her name to all of the tables around us telling them to leave a review with her name. She conveniently didn’t mention anything about a review or her name to us because I’m pretty sure she knew she gave us bad service. She didn’t ask if we were celebrating anything, which we were. She didn’t care to make conversation or engage with us as customers. We had to ask for meat to be brought to our table, which shouldn’t have to be done at a place like this. We weren’t checked on by her during our meal to see if we needed anything. We’re both very forgiving and kind people, so we weren’t being “those” customers, I really don’t understand the reason for our service other than we asked for meat to be brought by. I’ve visited Fogo de Chão at another location and the service was the complete opposite of this. I was so excited to bring my boyfriend for our anniversary while on vacation and show him how wonderful the restaurant is, but that didn’t go as planned. Please, save your money, and don’t spend $160 for a measly salad bar and terrible service. Soda is also from a can and refills AREN’T free ($4.50 each). I usually leave this place stuffed beyond belief and I left today still hungry. I hardly EVER leave reviews that are less than 5-stars, but this experience really frustrated me. Thankfully we live out of town and won’t be returning to this location.
