Normally with Target, I never have a bad experience, but today change my mind. When, arriving at the store, there were plenty of carts that was far and few between employees. It seemed like the ones that I could find didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to acknowledge your existence. After digging around on the shelves, looking for the item that I needed, I went to self check out where it was in complete disarray open drink containers of people opening, drinking and not paying for things self check outs covered in items that were not paid for and little to no bags for my things.

I have been coming to this location for years and have had great experiences up until my last visit. An older white lady, with shoulder length gray hair not only was rude at the self check out station but very obviously racially profiled me. Stood right behind me as i scanned all my items (i spent 100$ this day in their store), and even acknowledged other customers while not being welcoming towards me. watching me like a hawk as i scanned my purchases and never verbally acknowledging me until i said something about it. I called the store and was told they left a message with the manager and my contact information and never heard back. If you’re mixed or a minority, be prepared to receive this treatment since obviously the management team does not take it seriously.

The drive-up pick-up is the best. I love how Target has their drive-up area covered and that way your products don’t get wet in the rain and the team members are more likely to more carefully put your items into your car than if they were getting poured on in the rain. Great job Target!

Whoever is in charge of the makeup section including ulta needs to be fired. I have videos I will be emailing to corporate as well to let them know that you took out ALL of the darkest shades from EVERY BRAND. It was beyond embarrassing as a woman of color to keep searching aisle after aisle for foundation to match my skin. All of those brands literally have darker shades, someone literally CHOSE not to display them because they were there before. Do better and my conscious of ALL skin types.

EDIT: I’ve visited 3 OTHER target locations and they all have the shade that was TAKEN OUT by this location! NO EXCUSE DO BETTER

My inner child was SO happy to see this…it brought back so much nostalgia. The pizza, popcorn and icee tasted the same as 20 years ago. Pizza was perfect and saucy. The store itself was actually very clean. So glad this is my new target now.

I really like this Target. It’s a great location and it’s a super target. My issue is there are ALWAYS dogs in the store. They aren’t service dogs, and they aren’t even wearing those fake DIY service dog vests. They’re just on leashes or in carts. There was literally a homeless lady and her dog in the meat isle and the dog was sniffing meat. I love dogs. I take my two dogs with me to a lot of dog friendly places, but pets have no place in a store that sells food and grocery. It is such a health code violation. I’m not a Karen and I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But this has been such a consistent issue with this specific store and I had to say something. Target has signs up saying no pets, they need to enforce it.

The employees are pretty great. I do wish they were a bit more cautious about how they bag items with liquid in them for the pickup orders. I’ve had so many things leak. That’s really my only complaint. Picked up a food processor today and super stoked to use it. Office cat too lol

Incredibly RACIST. Unbelievable treatment from the staff at this store. I was watched the entire time I was using self checkout. The employee literally followed me to the terminal and stood directly behind me and watched me ring up everything. There were 4 or 5 white people scanning way more items than me that she paid no attention to. She was hot on my trail as soon as I entered the self checkout out area, almost ran into me she was so close.

I bought a green summer dress at Target. Loved it! Bought a white second one exactly alike. Same size Medium. The white one always felt big and sloppy. Odd because both labeled Medium. I tested by laying the white one flat on the table; laid the green one flat on top of the white one; difference was obvious; white dress bigger. I wanted to return the white dress to Target but how could I? White dress didn’t have a receipt; had been worn; had been laundered. I took pictures of my test results to back up my reason to return. Still…a very doubtful return. At the Returns Desk at Target: Me: “I need to return this dress but I don’t have a receipt”. T:: “No problem. I can look up the sale with your credit card”. Me: “But it’s been worn and laundered”. T: “No problem. You can still return it”. Me: “I can show you pictures that prove the dress was mislabeled”. T: “Not necessary”. Me: “Don’t you need to get your manager’s approval”. T: “No, ma’am”.

This is why Target is my favorite store.❤️

  1. This target was awesome. We are traveling around the country and found the nicest people here. The checker helped me download the target app and took her time to help with each item. Definitely a great store. Another man helped me find washer fluid and was so kind. Everyone had a genuine conversation.

  2. The store is always clean, organized, and has friendly staff.

My issue is most likely corporate instruction in terms of layout, and I couldn’t find an email address where I could send my complaint.

I very much dislike the fact that the panty bin is right again a main aisle. I came today specifically looking for panties (Target is where I usually go for this), but I don’t want everyone to see me shopping for them. There’s a second panty bin still more hidden within the intimates section, but it doesn’t have the same styles. I’m going to find another place to buy my intimates until this changes.

  3. While I was out shopping with my husband last night, Xavier kept my husband company while I was trying on clothes 😂 Xavier was very sweet, personable and polite while he was cleaning and organizing the shirts. Made our experience great. The guy who checked us out was also nice, but I can’t remember his name. This target is always clean and it’s easy to find what I need ☺️

  4. Will happily be driving the extra 20 minutes to a different target. Randomly no longer selling things at this store when i can get it at other locations. Have had multiple issues with my curbside orders at this location & anytime i call regarding my orders no one seems to answer the phones?

  5. I wanted to come on here and praise Vaughn. His customer service was outstanding during my checkout! He was kind, personable, and gentle when bagging my items. Thank you Vaughn for being incredible!
