in the last weekAfter you’ve been here for awhile and become a regular, the service dies down and quality isnt what it used to be when you first sign up 🥺.. the last couple visits I’ve added the additional $10service to get the plastic exterior and dash/doors interior shine, they missed both times and I’ve had to reiterate to make sure they get it on todays visit(see result pics attached)… and I hate to ask to make sure they get it, but if that’s the best they could do, then it is what it is… 🤷🏽♀️ The dirt under the tire area has been there through several washes(loose dirt) and they don’t want to power wash off to help get it off along with bugs in the front before going through the wash bay and it’s the same guy everytime, just guiding the vehicles in,… nothing else…I dont know why they have a powerwasher if theyre not going to use it, only time i ever see it in use, is if there hand washing a vehicle… I have to clean it off myself by the free vacuum area, big inconvenience for my time and money. I might as well power wash it separate before I bring it here for the “wash and shine”… addition, my vehicle is pretty tidy and no excessive hard mud, being that I come here about twice a week, so it’s pretty clean, inside/out. The staff at the entrance when checking in are always so polite and happy to help. In which they don’t see the outcome for service from which you purchased, to ensure your satisfied. The only communication between them and the detail guys upon leaving is the receipt they stick on your window. I don’t see why they don’t have a detail floor guy by the vacuums ensuring everything is good to go before calling the customer. In addition, I still leave a tip for services, such as the windows clean inside and out, vacuums vary, but mostly picked up, for floor mats are clean, dust free.. Lastly, I will try another location before canceling, this is just the closest and more convenient to get to faster.a month agoWhile the employees were friendly, the interior service was not great. I have never been to this place before, I paid $34.99 for the ultimate full service car wash (early bird special $5 off) with a $5 tip on-top – so $39.99 total. I checked their website after the fact, the ultimate comes with 2 addons but they never asked me what 2 addons I wanted, so who knows what they did there.I went through the exterior wash, parked in one of the spots for interior cleaning – was a bit confused on the process. Left keys in the car as asked, and I saw one review about this but the seating area they have is outside and like that other reviewer mentioned – the mist system was not on. I went inside to use their bathroom, the men’s restroom door was unusually heavy, and there was no soap in the soap dispenser. I let them know. I have no idea where this other waiting area is that they mentioned in the review response with the TVs.
The problem I have is with the quality of the interior cleaning, they made it shiny, but they missed huge spots, the dash has some dirt that’s still visible through the shine which is annoying, every single interior window had a palm print on the inside, every floormat except the driver’s was not snapped back into place, the entire center dash was not cleaned, the entire driver side door handle area was not cleaned (very clear in the picture), the little cubby on the driver side door was not even pretend cleaned. They spent roughly 5-10 minutes working on the interior, for an ultimate full service wash, with a $5 tip.
I talked to the guy in the beginning about my tires needing air, he said after your done just swing around to the mechanic bay in front and they’ll fill them up – that was another confusing process as I waited in front of the bay hoping someone would notice me and tell me what to do – that didn’t work out – at that point I was having some major anxiety so I just left.
I know they have a guarantee but it was not an enjoyable experience and as a guy with a lot of anxiety I don’t know if I would be comfortable going up to them and being like “you see these giant spots a whole team of people missed, do you think you could fix that?” – I just would feel bad either way. It would have been nice if it was done right in the first place honestly.
2 months agoThis review is specifically for Miguel the detailer and the female at the wash kiosk with the bun, cant remember her name, but the experience I had here was fantastic. They were extremely helpful with helping me get exactly what I needed because I don’t really like ‘wash menus’ I just said what I wanted and they BOTH delivered. I was happy to tip them both, twice… Miguel and his guys did a great job from headlights, console area, stains on the seats, windows and even wiped the cover over the bed and shined my tires up and now the truck smells new again! All in about 30-45 minute period they are exactly what an experience should be like when going to a car wash for specific needs. Thank you Miguel and ???Melissa???11 months agoSTAY FAR AWAY! I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but using Jackson detailing and their windshield replace has been nothing but a nightmare. Long story short, they did a half rate detail job and installed defective glass and ended up BREAKING mirror trim kit.My windshield was handled by their glass manager, who assured me everything would be handled with whiteglove service. Then they upsold me on a full detail with assurances the senior detailer would do it. As soon as I get home from dropping the car off, I get a call saying the glass repair would take all day(opposed to the 4 hrs I was told previously). Then when I pick the car up, I find out they gave the detail to another tech, who didn’t address the specific areas I wanted and left crumbs and spots all over the interiors. Next day I get a call that I missed my glass appointment. Upon further investigation they installed a defective windshield glass and that the only issue is that the mirror kit wouldn’t be sitting properly. That even the whole mirror fell down while driving on the freeway. When I showed up to Jacksons they gave me a Saturday appointment at 7am. On Saturday I wait 45 mins for the tech to show up. When I pick up the card it’s just sitting in the sun, unlocked and I get the keys handed to me without so much as an apology. Was promised free services for my troubles, never honored. Now the mirror kit is coming down and have found a piece of tape holding it together as the mirror tech broke the clips. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!
a week agoThis is only the 2nd Google review I have done, but when you receive excellent customer service it’s deserved. With a custom truck requiring hand washes it can be difficult to get good service. Jackson’s manager Miguel and Tyrone were professional, focused and their attention to detail was excellent. I was so impressed by the job the team did and how both interacted with me I bought 10 future hand washes on the spot!

3 weeks agoI recently visited Cobble Stone Auto Car Wash and had a wonderful experience. The facility was not only aesthetically pleasing but also had a welcoming break area that allowed me to relax while my car was being cleaned. The bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus.What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and they were both friendly and professional throughout my visit. Overall, Cobble Stone Auto Car Wash provided a fantastic car wash experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of top-notch service and a clean car.
a month agoWe pulled up for the first time, and we were greeted by Cole, who was super nice and very informative and patient in answering all our questions. We ended up purchasing an Ultimate wash membership, and as a thank you, we received a platinum wash today. Well, the outside was somewhat decent, some minor stains that were easy to rub off once we got home. We were very surprised that the inside was barely if at all vacuumed or wiped down. Pictures noted below. The inside wasn’t too bad, but again, some noticeable easy to wipe off debris, mainly consisting of dirt. Not sure if this is the usual way they clean, but I am a bit disappointed as most of the items we were concerned about just needed a couple of seconds of vacuuming or a little spit shine so to speak. I’m not impressed, and maybe it was due to the fact that it was the end of the day, but I hope this is not the usual way they wash our vehicle. We will give this place a second chance, and hopefully, it will be a different experience We plan to update and give this place the benefit of the doubt.3 months agoI use this car wash all the time and have had no issue. Today, however was a different story. The car was barely even vacuumed and the car wash and drying was not done properly. The doors and dirt was still on the doors and controls. When my husband asked them to correct the issue they didn’t want to and had to ask over and over for them to do the job properly. We bought a book of car washes this time and an extra wash on top of that. We also paid extra for the doors and everything in the car to be whipped down. Very disappointed. I don’t know what happened with this location but it definitely has gone down hill.5 months agoI don’t write many reviews but I simply had to after this awesome experience. I have been to nearly every car wash and detailing company in the east valley area, and I’m being genuinely sincere when I say no one does a better job in/out and top to bottom than the people at this specific Cobblestone location. I had my lifted Ford F250 hand washed/waxed/polished here, as it’s difficult to get this truck into many places as it cannot be run through auto wash due to its size. They did not disappoint, it literally looked as good as new when I picked it up, and I brought it in after some significant driving/off-roaring. Special thanks and shout out to Lalo and crew for such phenomenal work done, and to Logan, the head honcho, for making sure everything was done satisfactorily – it was so far beyond that – it was an exceptional job. Bringing my wife’s truck to them next – thanks again everyone for such an awesome experience.7 months agoThis is my favorite Cobblestone in the valley. I recently got a new truck and had Cobblestone apply ceramic paint protection to it. They did an amazing job at a great price. I’ve since taken the truck through the tunnel wash at least a dozen times and no swirl marks on the paint- I couldn’t be happier.

There is a superstar at Super Star car wash. First visit for a wash led me to ask about their detail services. Justin provided detailed info, worked a package deal, set an appt and then most importantly supervised excellent service for me! Robbie made my headlights and hood look like new. The interior is sparkling — Justin met me at beginning and end. With this personal service, I’ll be back again and again. Grateful to you Justin! Highly recommend.
I get my car washed here every week. It’s convenient, simple, and cost effective for keeping both the inside and outside clean. Recently I had an issue with the payment machine not reading my card, but Justin ran over and was super friendly helping me out. His great customer service will keep me coming back!
I decided to get my car wash from here before heading to school earlier this morning, when I found myself locked out of my car with my keys and my phone inside. I was a little frantic because I was running late for school and all my belongings were locked inside my car; however, I went inside to ask to use their phone and they said they had a technique to unlock my car for me. I met one of the workers, named Francisco, who helped me unlock my car. He was super nice and worked really hard to get my car unlocked for me. They did not have to do this for me, as it was my fault, but they (Francisco) was super helpful and very accommodating. Definitely recommend.
