a month agoGood Afternoon… I had called a couple times and regards to The car wash that is located in leland north carolina off of village road.I had an issue where I was stuck in the car wash… And at the time no big deal the attendant was not there.
I went back the next day and spoke with Donny about the issue. And his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He made the situation correct right away.
I have been to this location quite a few times and every time he is there, he is extremely attentive… If always asks if I would like my tires washed and cleaned..
In my opinion you have an excellent staff member. Definitely somebody if I owned a business would like to definitely keep on without a doubt
a month agoI have the monthly subscription, and I have to go to Sigmund Rd or Carolina Beach if I want a good car wash. This one used to be good when I first moved here, soap, and other treatments always full. Now it’s always empty. Very little amount of soap comes out the automatic one. The high pressure rinse is about the only good thing. Vacuums seem to be decent, some more powerful than others. Bays are usually clean. Machines usually work. Haven’t had issues personally with the change or air freshers dispenser. Haven’t used the carpet fragrance / vacuum, so I don’t know if it’s good or not. Trash cans are normally empty.2 months agoThis is the absolute worst car wash in leland. It’s now 3$ to wash your car so I put 4$ in to wash off some grass and sand from the grass getting cut at my job and did the wax just to add to it. So 4$ and never got any spray soap and couldn’t even make it around my 2022 Honda without adding 2 more dollars and gotta wash it again because it’s got water spots on it now. 👎👎I wouldn’t bring my mower here to wash it!5 months agoFantastic car wash, nothing too crazy, they have an automatic car wash or you can wash it yourself. Saved me during the pollen season when I had to rinse my car off daily!!6 months agoWhen an issue arose with one of the bays while using it, contacted customer service and the issue was corrected completely to my satisfaction. My antenna was snapped off in the car wash, called several times with no answer and no return call. Went in and the man said he’d take my information and send it to corporate but they won’t reimburse me for my antenna. His exacts words were “I’ll be honest theyre not going to do anything about it”. Not to mention my truck wasn’t all the way clean there were several big areas with dirt on it still.
Not impressed. Air hoses don’t work, vacuum suction isn’t great and this one fell apart before I even started using it. We pay for the “better” cleaning monthly and it’s not worth it, bugs and gunk is still on the bumper, they barely scrub. Inquiring about canceling service before next month.
Very friendly and professional staff. Towels are always clean and available, vacuum cleaners are amazing. I have never left feeling like it wasn’t worth the money or that my vehicle didn’t get clean.
I choice to purchase the “BEST” option and was very pleased with the wash my car received. EVERY bug was removed from my car, even the front!! I have a convertible. which means I have a cloth top; my chosen wash option includes wax. Despite my initial concerns, this presented no problem whatsoever to my vehicle. Very pleased!
I pay for run it through with wash , wax, and bug repellent etc about once a week. I vacuum etc. place usually always has whTs needed in supply’s and I leave with a clean car. 30 bucks a month , computer knows my car , no wait , it works!!
