This is a very good car wash! Your car will definitely be clean and you won’t run out of time while running around trying to beat the clock. I hope this car wash doesn’t change. You definitely get what you pay for! 🥰Wendy

The wax for the auto wash seems a little lacking. It didn’t cover my entire car.

    ———————————— 2018

I came here for the first time at night with my new Tesla since it has an automated touch-less option.

It seemed like a rave inside my car with all the colorful flashing lights so that was fun.

It did a decent job cleaning my car, but the drying seemed a little too short, and there was still some residual detergent or something left on my hood.

Mission Viejo Car Wash is the solid go-to for a self-wash in South OC. Quick-moving despite the crowd, no major complaints – though adding credit card options for vacuums and vending would be handy. Big fan of their two touchless washes, though!

I come here for the automatic car wash, which ranges from $9-11 depending on which tier you purchase. The machine takes cash AND card, which is convenient. The whole process is super easy to do—once you pay for your wash, you wait until the car in front of you is done. Once they leave the sign will light up green, letting you know that you can drive into the stall. Then all you have to do is put your car in park and wait a few minutes for the wash to be done! Easy peasy.

If you have lots of time, you can always pay to wash your car yourself in a separate stall. For the average $10 I spend each time I come here for the automatic wash, the results are pretty good! If you are looking for a 5-star wash, I would recommend that you wash it yourself here or go somewhere else to have it professionally washed + detailed.

Went to clean my interior and use the carpet shampooer… never again They have 2 carpet shampooers that don’t work nor have any kind of notice posted informing customers of such either. However, the shampoo machines are very clean, and coin slots are unobstructed to accept your dollar coins / tokens without problem. The vacuums I used had less than average suction, but oh well…

11 minutes for $5.00 was plenty enough time to clean my car. The vacuums cost $1.50 and require coins only. Very popular spot and you definitely get your moneys worth 👍

It was my inaugural visit to the place, and Keith displayed remarkable kindness and patience while guiding me through the process of washing and vacuuming my car. Moreover, when one of the vacuum cleaners lacked sufficient pressure, he promptly refunded my money, allowing me to switch to another one. All in all, it was an exceedingly enjoyable encounter.

It is a good place to go and wash your vehicle. I was there around 8:30 am, and to my surprise, lots of people actually come through here.

The have an actual automated car wash, you drive the car through, then pull up to the vacuuming area.

I did not use the automated service. I used the washing Bay Area to do it myself. Pull up into the bay, put some dollar coins or 25 cents into the machine slot.

$2.25 for 4 minutes or $5.00 for like 15 minutes. I did the $5.00 and it was just enough time to rinse the vehicle, then spray it with soapy water, then pass the foaming soft brush over the vehicle, then rinse again, then a spot-free rinse, plus a wheel rinse. I worked fast, it was plenty of time.

Even if I had to pay another $2.25, it is still cheap.

Then I pulled into the vacuuming area just to dry the vehicle. I did not use the vacuum. But the bay equipment worked great. Spray gun worked as designed and so did the foaming brush. No complaints there.

There was lots of sand or mud as you drive out the Bay Area, but no big deal. I am definitely coming back.

    My baby is clean now!

Not very high pressure. The pay machine is old, hard to tell what’s happening.

My car was still dirty afterwards. Mind you there was a lot of sap on my car, but I was still unimpressed.

I’m going to have to get another car wash.

Edit: Thank you, however the number given is disconnected, and the main number voicemail box is full.

    Original:

The water is super hard and leaves white water spots. They don’t want to spend money on water softeners. They probably don’t care and the average person won’t care because they are not car enthusiasts. Extra star for being the only coin wash in the area.

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US

Most car washes have a standard clearance height that accommodates the majority of vehicles on the road. The clearance height refers to the maximum height of the vehicle that can pass through the car wash without any issues. This is an important consideration for drivers, especially those who own larger vehicles such as trucks, SUVs, or vans.

Car washes need to have a certain clearance height to ensure that vehicles fit comfortably through the wash bay without risking damage to the roof or any other parts of the vehicle. While clearance heights may vary slightly between different car washes, the most common clearance height is around 7 feet or 2.1 meters.

Here are some common clearance heights that you may come across at car washes:

  • Standard clearance height: 7 feet or 2.1 meters
  • Some car washes offer higher clearance heights of up to 8 feet or 2.4 meters
  • Truck-friendly car washes may have even higher clearance heights of 10 feet or 3 meters

It is important for drivers to be aware of the clearance height of a car wash before entering to ensure that their vehicle will fit without any issues. If you are unsure about the clearance height of a particular car wash, it is always best to double-check with the facility or choose a car wash that specifically advertises accommodating larger vehicles.

  1. I appreciate the convenience of having multiple car wash sites throughout our 4 surrounding counties.
If you have children or pets? Then you know!
Whether going to the desert, mountains or beaches cleanup becomes a breeze. Their vacuums really SUCK!! Plus they have compressed air gun right next to them? Dog hair? Try blasting your seats and floor mats while vacuuming it’s next level cleaning!
Sign up for their monthly program, it’s the only way to go!

  2. First time here, I liked the towels and air blower, but the vacuum has hardly power it sucks upgrade that with some stronger suction blowers, also tree sap and some spots didn’t wash away. Hand wash would be better. Needs improvement here

  3. Such a great experience, best prices, great vacuum…got all the dog hair & sand out of my car, way better than any full-service car wash I’ve been to….but here is the reason I took the time to leave a 5 star review…”Anita” at the cashier box was so great & helpful. Good customer service is so rare & very appreciated. Kim or Tina? (sorry horrible at remembering names) was also awesome! What an unexpected great experience. Restores my faith in this crazy world, just a little. Why would I ever think of going anywhere else after today! 😊 Thank you Anita!

  4. Machine leaves the car clean. The vacuum machines works good.
I received a free towel for this review and they checked it was a good review before giving me the towel. I didn’t know they were going to check that it was a good review.

  5. Not sure why such great reviews. $8 price… feels like I got a $4 quick wash down. Car not very dirty except for those yellow pollen dots from leaving car outside. Went through yesterday and besides dust and easy dirt, didn’t do job that a power wash would handle (for 6-7$). Not going there again until these machines do better job.
