The stuff in leasing office is so friendly and helpful, they gonna answer all your questions. Especially thanks to Callan, I’ve had great experience signing a lease with her. The apartments itself are clean, parking is huge, they also offer a free Alexa to set up your smart home, which is very cool. By far the best apartments for all your needs.
I stopped by to tour Modera today and was blown away.. I was greeted by Lauren who was very welcoming, but unable to show me the property at that time- so the Assistant Manager, Rodrigo, took the time to do the tour. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The floor plans are accommodating and modern, but the amenities are probably the best I’ve seen in this area. Rooftop pool, two courtyards with stone pizza ovens, very large gym with the latest equipment, a lounge that looks like a 5 star restaurant, business area with multiple conference rooms, and a two laned bowling alley. The building is still finishing contruction on portions of their property, but even those future homes are filling up. 10/10 would recommend!
This is a great building downtown with a lot of amenities. The location is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and petco park. There are several great floor plans and shared spaces in the building. The only downside is the homeless people in the area, however they do have security guards on site.
Our leasing professional, Lauryn has been nothing but AMAZING from beginning to end! She gave my boyfriend and I a tour of the property as well as available floor plans and did such a great job. She is so personable yet professional and gave us amazing recommendations for things to do in the area! When we were in the elevator with a current resident, she greeted him by name and asked about his day – this really stood out to me and I knew then that I wanted to make Modera my new home. Its one thing to act nice during a tour, but to see Lauryn have an unplanned genuine conversation with a current resident and to see him reciprocate the same energy with her made me feel very confident in the community.
All communication with Lauryn after our tour has been just as genuine and efficient as the day we met her. We are SO happy we had the privilege to meet Lauryn and look forward to making Modera our new home because of her! Thank you so much Lauryn!!
Honestly pretty ghetto.
Always dirty, fire alarm goes off every week AT NIGHT, homeless people are out of control, you hear couples arguing all the time, the gym never gets cleaned- dog hair everywhere, parking gets crazy packed especially on baseball game days, you can hear all the doors slam, room lights randomly turn on/off, hot tub is occasionally cold, people leave garbage outside of their doors.
