Layout of this store is weird, but wide selection of items at expected prices. Store was clean and checkout process was quick and easy.

The downtown Nicollet store is not providing the kind of Target experience that many expect. For months they have had only a single-use bathroom available and there is a line 5-15 people long. Target should do better.

Great Prices, good selection in all depts. Self checkout is efficient and quick. 1 Bathroom with long lines is really an issue for me. That’s really the only Negative. Happy that Hours of operation have been lengthened.

Currently, the best place downtown. Incredible free sample, for using Target’s same-day service, which is always perfect. Beautiful store and staff, always helpful and friendly. The most amazing products for a mainstream Corp store. ❤️❤️❤️

Pricing at this store is horribly unreliable and you pay higher at the register than what it is priced at on the shelf. Tonight I was owed over $5.00 due to items not ringing up at the price listed on the shelf. The staff were nice about it and didn’t contest anything but I find it terribly dishonest and wrong because customers are making the decision to buy based on the shelf price and with a big order it is impossible to keep a separate tally going as you check out. It is sad as I really used to like coming to this store but over the last year it has really gone downhill. I don’t like feeling like I have to watch every item to see if it rings up right or if Target is going to be pocketing an extra dollar here or three dollars there off me every time I shop.

Theresa in the Starbucks of this Target has absolutely amazing customer service! You are lucky to have her at your store and we’re all lucky to ever be helped by her! Way to go being awesome, Theresa of Fridley Tarbux!! Thank you for making a customer’s day!! So genuinely warm and caring not to mention helpful. She makes you feel seen and connects with everyone she helps!

Prices are uniformly incorrect and inflated. These two fixtures were placed 10 feet apart on the same day (same SKU confirmed). There also was a nasal spray marked as clearance that rang up at full price. Staff would not honor either nor would they check the fixtures, but also didn’t doubt that the fixtures were wrong. So the moral of the story is that price tags don’t mean anything in this store and everyone knows it but it doesn’t matter.

Place is a mess! Love Target but this location has Wal-Mart written all over it. Found a pair of scissors that was clearly being used to cut open products to steal them. Looked like Black Friday but it was mid day on Friday. Couldn’t find any decent swim trunks here, but got a few items we needed. I hope they turn this store around and would love to give a better rating. Workers are nice here and hope they treat them better than their store.

Was so pleased with how they look out for employees- a not very nice customer tried to pay in one dollar bills. A manager quickly showed up and informed the jerk (probably nice in other ways I’m sure) that they would have to make payment in another way. They promptly pulled out some twenties, paid and left knowing Target wants you to treat its workers as people.Very impressive!

  1. I’m really sad I didn’t catch his name, but the person working the 5 items or less checkout today in the afternoon was so incredibly sweet! So helpful with everything with making sure there were no security tags on my clothing items! I just wanted to give him a shoutout because he was so nice and he deserves recognition!

  2. One of my favorite Target stores. Out home is roughly the same distance from this store and the Edina store, but I much prefer this layout, and prices are usually lower. I like to call this “The People’s Target”. Will shop here again! Probably as soon as tomorrow, or even later today!

  3. Parking is hard to find and this is the busiest Target I have been to!

Convenient location for people that need to run multiple errands (next to Home Depot and other stores) but very busy and congested area.

I would not recommend going on weekends because the parking lot is full and the checkout lines are long.

If possible, go during the weekdays in the morning and early afternoon!

  4. Great Ulta Team here! Denise Youngblood is so helpful and accommodating, you can tell that she cares about makeup and
Helping people feel their best. Thank you Denise for helping me !!

  5. Good prices and quality, and they bring stuff to your car — usually pretty quickly. They have 95% of the groceries I need; the other 5% come from a pricier big-box store. Happy employees, and a pleasant shopping experience if you have to go inside.
