I love being able to get Starbucks while I get my groceries. Overall great experience every time.

Main reason for the five star review is for Kevin. I was at this target in the morning/afternoon. I had asked him for help to find a couple items. He was friendly and helped me find the items that I could not find. Kevin is Customer focused and hustles to help customers find what they need.

    Amazing employee!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Bobby at Target, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his exceptional assistance. Even though I arrived just 20 minutes before the store was scheduled to close, Bobby welcomed me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was truly memorable.

As a regular visitor to Target, I have come to expect good customer service, but Bobby surpassed all my expectations. His attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made me feel valued as a customer. Bobby’s dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction we had.

This is a target I always come to as it’s 5 minutes from my house. Every time I come it’s always a greet from the security person, I shop in peace, and then small interactions with the self checkout team members. My experience today is an experience I do have every single time that I come to do an exchange/return but today happened to be different that resulted with me in tears, a headache, & anxiety. My issue is Todd the older gentleman who also happens to be a manager. EVERY single time I come here to do a return or an exchange, he always has such a sour attitude & personality. The kind of attitude that makes you anxious because you feel like you’re an inconvenience as he does the bare minimum and doesn’t like when his job becomes complicating or if he has to wait on you. It’s the attitude that makes you want someone else to come and help you. A week ago, my fiancé went out and got an ocedar mop head that was the wrong one. Today on a whim heading back to the house, we decided to come to target to exchange the mop head for laundry items, Todd of course had the same attitude that he always had while helping us. After 30 minutes, I had came back to return the product as I didn’t like the quality and a febreze refill (that my fiancé got, but I didn’t like the smell) so I didn’t have to come back to target again, I was technically exchanging with a new refill. I arrive without him just to find out my fiancé kept the receipt in his pocket, usually target allows you to make a return without the receipt which results in you only getting a gift card. Here I see Todd again, already nervous with what I was getting myself into, I tell him the entire situation of what I was doing and the receipt, then he states in order to get a gift card I need to show him my ID?? Makes no sense but I wasn’t going to make a fuss about it, so i paused to think, and he looks at me and mentions that I can use the card that was used, I insert the card, didn’t work because it was Apple Pay that was used, I go to use Apple Pay, for my phone to say I needed verification to call my bank. I didn’t want to be there anymore so I stated never mind I’m not even going to return this anymore, I’m going to just return the febreze refill. He sees I’m on my phone to pull up the receipt on the mobile app for him to look at me and go with an impatient sour tone, “are you going to show me the receipt???” I stated, “yes I am” with a stern tone as I genuinely was fed up at that point with him making me feel how I did, once I say that and because I’m not directly looking at him, he gives me the dirtiest look, all because I finally said with a stern tone and not with my positive attitude I had in the beginning. After that we went into a small argument after I asked if he really just looked at me like how he did as I didn’t appreciate it when I have been nothing but calm and respectful to this man in every interaction we have. This may seem really tedious & stupid but it’s been such a constant build up with Todd that I still don’t understand how he’s a manager out of all, and if you do not like your job, why are you there? As just because you don’t like your job doesn’t mean you can treat people how he does. He didn’t even care to help me with what I had left that he knew about, he didn’t even ask me how I wanted my refund, and because I didn’t want to make an issue I walked away, tried to hold my emotions in, just for it to all burst out. I asked an employee for Todds name and instead he brought out this super sweet and caring woman named AL who is a manager, she talked to me, heard me out, de-escalated my crying, calmed my nerves, and helped me with my return I was trying to make that Todd didn’t care to help me with all while having a soothing patient attitude. She is the example that should be displayed for everyone to see on how customer service is and how a leader is supposed to be. Kind, helpful, and understanding to a situation. Thank you Al for making up for the experience that I had as you were my Angel I needed in that moment of emotions I was feeling.

By far the worst Target I have everrrrr ever encountered in my entire colored life!! These people are unprofessional and treated me badly because of color of my skin. Their system is corrupted and disorderly handled. I ordered 3 items online which was for drive up (pick up) once I arrived my items was not ready. I went into the store and they wouldn’t give me my items told me I had to wait and then on top of everything they couldn’t even have the decency to give me a real estimated time on my order.

8/23/2023 7:25PM. This heavier set Hispanic woman who works here, was monitoring self checkout targeted my mother and I accusing us of shoplifting and telling us we weren’t checking out our cat food the “right way”. She accused us of shoplifting as she was watching us check out simply because we hadn’t bagged items in a larger size (our 2 packs of Diet Coke, a bed comforter and pillowcases, and a container of cherries). She had checked our receipt and everything lined up with what we had purchased. She scoffed and sarcastically told us to have a good day…and was overall *very* rude. Other customers looked around uncomfortably at the scene she was causing. Someone give this woman a reality check and how to properly scope out shoplifters. We spent $150.00 here and we’ve been coming here for 15+ years, would rather drive to the SODO target instead of this one after this situation.

I’ve been coming to this target for a long time and me and me family have always had excellent service. Today we had the unpleasant experience of being treated very poorly at the customer service/returns desk. While attempting to return an item, associate Tayla was rude, talking over us and just overall astonished us as she clearly did not represent the target brand of service. We are surprised why the store would have someone like this working a customer service counter. Hopefully its addressed and maybe some training can help right this awful event.

Great target. Some things are placed around corners which does make it hard to get around but I don’t mind having to pick things up. This mall area around the Target can get really crazy on the weekends so just be prepared. The traffic does get scary from time to times. The parking lot is nice and spacious and the employees are friendly and were quick to help me find all the things I needed! I highly recommend this Target if you are in the area. 5/5 would shop here again!

  3. Large store with a wide variety of products. Extremely organized and clean. In the supermarket area, very well signposted. Several points for viewing and/or confirming the prices of the products on display, as well as for obtaining information about them. The store’s infrastructure is impeccable, but the bathrooms need urgent renovation. The outside also needs some repairs.

  4. Very nice store, lots of variety. Sparkling clean and well organized. Friendly staff. Happy to visit during my trip to Orlando. Shout out for displaying adds with physically- challenged models. So incredible! As my sister uses a wheelchair and I am also working in health care, I find this so forward thinking and very inclusive. Love it !!! I am looking forward to shopping again at Target!!!

  5. I recently visited Target, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their supermarket section. The selection they offer is extensive and caters to a wide variety of preferences and needs. It’s truly a one-stop destination for all my shopping requirements.

What struck me the most was how well-organized and clean the supermarket was. The aisles were neatly arranged, making it easy to navigate and locate products. It’s clear that they prioritize providing a comfortable and efficient shopping experience for their customers.

The cleanliness of the store added to the overall positive impression. A tidy and well-maintained environment always enhances the shopping journey, and Target certainly excels in this aspect.

The staff were friendly and readily available to assist with any questions or help I needed during my visit. Their approachable attitude and willingness to help added to the overall positive shopping experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Target for anyone looking for a supermarket that offers an impressive selection, organization, and cleanliness. It’s a reliable choice where you can find everything you need while enjoying a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience.
