Fine Target store. Everything looked clean and bright and shiny.

I was there to buy laundry detergent with a coupon. My shopping companion was there to pick up some big storage tubs none of the Targets in her part of town had. We ended up looking at bathroom rugs too.

The bathroom rugs area was sparsely stocked and in a disarray. I finally found two rugs in the size my friend needed. They were on a random shelf in the bathroom rug area. Good thing I kept looking. The rugs were cheaper online than in the store, so my friend got the cashier to price match.

I paid in the self check line. The worker stationed at the self check line was so friendly and helpful. She made my experience such a joy. Thank you, Target worker!

Love my neighborhood Target. People are always nice and friendly. Store is clean and prices are comparable to Walmart now. Walmart seems to be increasing prices lol can’t ever compare to Target. My 7 year old never complains about going to Target

They have the BEST security!! Rocko is amazing, he went above and beyond for me as I lost my keys in Target and couldn’t find them for 2 hours. I ended up leaving and he kept looking for them after I had left and he found them! Very very thankful for him.

Honestly not the best stocked Target to be sure. It is definitely lacking in that department, but usually has alternatives if you can’t find exactly what you are looking for. Due to the store layout you can sometimes be waiting a while to make it through the checkout lanes. But they make up for it with their great return policy!

Self check out was a slow. Scale unable to pick up weight of smaller produce orders causing screen to lock. Staff was busy assisting other customers. Each delay resulted in 6-10 minutes wait. I don’t appreciate creepy crawlies of this stores undercover security creeping around at every turn, pretending to shop while obviously following me 🤦. Apparently this store has a theft problem maybe cause they focus on making paying customers feel harassed instead of the shoplifters..

This location had an incredible selection of items! I love the freeze dried hot cocoa marshmallows and most locations near me don’t carry them, so I was ecstatic to find them on the shelves here. The staff was friendly and helpful in the midst of the busy Friday midday rush and had a very secure and clean overall feel to the store. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

One of the best Targets in the valley. It’s spacious, clean and it has lots of selections not available in other stores. They kept the partitions in the apparel department that makes the place feel less like a warehouse. They also have the Magnolia setup like a store within a store.

The prices here are more expensive than the store back home in Utah. We were able to find what we needed but just surprised on how much more items costed us. Even though they are Target, they still aren’t quite on Target yet.

Next time, we’ll probably walk around the corner to Walmart, not that they are any better, but its Capitalism at its finest.

  1. Great costumer service , very shining store parking lot out Is medium, business area , prices are OK and depends on quality of product

  2. While I was visiting the area, I stopped in at Target (which was even more exciting as a Canadian) and I ended up leaving my phone there once I left. After realizing and rushing back in a full panic, the staff at the guest services were so friendly and helpful and got me my phone back. The security guard who was also helping us before we left was amazing as well. The store was clean and we had a great experience.

  3. The gentleman working self-check out 4/30 around 8:45pm, went above and beyond to help, my family and I. He deserves a raise!

The store however, needed some maintenance. The fresh fruit, salad, and bread areas were near empty. Going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say, that we went an hour, or so before closing, and maybe the next day was a restock.

  4. In regards to the Starbucks:
The manager and his staff are literally so nice and helpful! I come to this target at least twice a week and each time I stop into the Starbucks and the girls have such great customer service it , it’s not just one team member it is every single one of them ! This manager is doing such a great job with hiring and managing his team , his culture he create shows through them !!

The target is cool , they normally have a police officer there and cashiers are sweet and self check out always has someone there to help id needed

  5. Terrible experience and customer service. I will never use the in-store pickup again.

I was charged for 3 in-stock items upon checking out. 90 minutes later I received the email that my order was ready for pickup. Another hour after that (as I was driving g to the store) I got another email indicating that one of my items became unavailable after my order.

I can understand and respect the challenge of managing inventory in-store when there is no control over physical shoppers choices. However, all I got at Guest Services was a flippant apology with a recognition that this happens along with a statement that I would receive a credit to my card “in a few days”.

This might make sense for something I took home and returned but I now have to pay for something I never possessed.

Fix your policies Target. This is unacceptable.
