7 months agoProbably the best automatic wash in the city. Quality wash, free vacuums, friendly staff, safe environment. Never have an issue getting a spot for the vacuums and there’s a separate hose for each side of your vehicle. The unlimited pass is a decent value. They also offer $2 Off any Wash days frequently.a month agoDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at S Claiborne. Vacuums clogged, no spray and towels available, smells awful. If Transcontinental location wasn’t so awesome I would drop membershipa month agoThe attendant that is assigned to put the tape on the back windshield wiper and to assist customers was cleaning and vacuuming out some lady car. The lady was wearing some extremely short shorts and was bent over, while she was helping clean out the car. That may have caused him to leave his direct work area and assist the needy.4 years agoI always go here but today the Claiborne team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I drive through a terrifying bug swarm on the Causeway last night. They let me go through the wash twice and scrubbed my car before each. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Seriously great customer service!3 months agoService and the wash is excellent. 3 star rating because of no station with spray cleaner and towels. No air drops at the vacuum stations. Need to be upgraded like the other pelican points are.

Just great machinery that gets the job done well.3 months agoGreat car wash if you’re in a hurry. There’s never a wait. The vacuum is free to use. There’s a station with a scrubber brush for you to pre srub any difficult dirty areas before entering the wash. I’ve been washing my car here for the last 4 years.a month agoWash and detail my car peacefully. The staff is friendly! Jennifer (I believe) is amazing! They offer fast and friendly service using premium products. Class A facility! Just be careful when approaching the tracks (rims) that will pull your vehicle through the carwash. 99.9% of the staff does a great job at guiding you forward. The big guy… well… just be sure before you proceed. I would recommend this place to my best of my friends and anyone who “takes pride in their ride”. Look at the shine! Best car vacuums in all of New Orleans. They’re so good you can literally make your car look brand new after a few visits if you try hard. Bring a towel, scrub brush and soap to complete the full Car detail. Give this place 100% particularly because of the Super friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend it more
Not a bad place overall except that I got stuck by a needle sticking out of the vacuum hose right where your hand grabs it and I paid for the $20 ceramic package and my tires came out blotchy on one side and literally half done (see pics) on the other. Staff was nice tho👍
Excellent quality for the price! Monday is BOGO, and you can get the second wash anytime within two weeks!! Love the free vacuum after the wash. The staff is very friendly!! Would recommend this to anyone needed a stress free wash.
I have been trying to cancel a membership since Thursday, it is now Monday and I have not gotten a return phone call or email. Customer service is a huge issue since there is no person to talk to. Whenever I call its just an automated message that plays.
I’m really tired of coming to this car wash time after time and I have two wheels shined and the machine malfunctioning for left wheel spray. They never have spray on hand, never sorry for the inconvenience. This place use to be managed well, they don’t even greet you like when they first opened. When you pull up they say “Watcha want”. The finally gave me a greasy pad for my tire to use and I paid for the spray. You guys need to have this on hand like other car washes since your machine is either always empty or malfunctioning
