a week agoEvery time I visit, the attention I receive is as quick as it can possibly be, even though it is obvious at times there is high traffic. My truck comes out looking great. And the best thing off all is it faster than doing it myself, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays they offer a special deal that makes you want to keep coming back and relying on them for consistent service.a month agoI really enjoy this carwash….. last trip there, the wheel shine was splashed all on my car,caught dust on the ride home which made the wash useless. didn’t make a big deal of it that time. It’s like going to your brother or uncle and asking that they change your oil and wash your car. You will drive away feeling good!!! I appreciate the coupon for the free wash. But when you’re putting those out there you should make sure things go well. It has been a long time since a wash. Was I expecting too much that the front and back of my car would be clean? I mean there were dudes out there with brushes, and I could even see the brush marks in the dirt left on my car after the wash. The other thing is your tire shine. So, 2 of my tires have tire shine. The passenger side. 4/5 of each tire has tire shine, and I have a line going down the side of my car where it was sprayed by the tire shine. I’m speculating, but it’s only on the side that has the mostly shiny tires. So I had to go buy stuff to try and even it out, because now the car looks ridiculous. I also had to do something about the dirty front and back of my car. So, your free carwash ended up costing more than going to the self service car wash I usually use. Oh, I also had to start the vacuum like 4 times to vacuum my whole car, and I found it wasn’t as powerful as the stick vac I have at home.
I guess blue harbor is still the only car wash worth paying for.
Very open and can fit my big truck here. It’s convenient and placed well. Usually the workers pride themselves on cleaning the bugs off the front and the grime and dirty off the rear but today was subpar as the lady working and the guy working across from her barley put any effort into cleaning the front and rear so I got home and had to basically rehash my entire truck. This is probably a bad day for them idk. However I wasn’t pleased. The vacuums had absolutely no suctioning power. I used the air to clean my carpet and vacuum what would come up. Maybe when I visit again these issues will be solved or whatever. My wife and I usually have a great things to say when it comes to this particular wash but not so much is the story today. Could be rated 5 stars but definitely subpar today and yesterday! Will reevaluate after another visit.

Vacuums with a low suction, to perform good cleaning some day it’s necessary to change 3-4 vacuums to find more or less good one
Overall: I cannot recommend this car wash!
Pitstop car wash is great, IF everything is working! It seems like almost every time I get my car washed, something in the wash rack is broken. I have a monthly subscription and get my truck washed often. If it keeps going on I will switch to another car wash.
Well I understand that paying for the basic wash means no bells and whistles, I would have at least expected it to get literal blades of grass off my car. My car barely looks like it was washed at all. The free vacuum area was clean but there were no spray bottles out to wipe the interior with. Kind of felt like a bit of wasted time, or like a $10 vacuum.
