Always The best stuffa month agoI went in this dollar store in Fairfield on 9/18/2023 at 2:08 pm and this register person denied me a bag at this location because I had one item. A customer that was leaving had to give me one of her bags. She had a very nasty attitude towards me . I don’t know her name but she was a heavy set lightskin black woman. She doesn’t need to be working at this location if she can’t give customer service.a month agoThey had good stuff but it wasn’t worth dealing with the cashiers attitude!2 weeks agoWell stocked, competitively priced merchandise.a year agoThis Dollar Tree really amazed me. It was stocked well and one of the neater ones that I’ve been in. There were actual stockers on the floor while I was there. Each $1 Tree is different. I found some nice little treasures at this one. The cashier was most pleasant. The stock guy, they called on him 2 or 3 times. He knows his store. He either walked straight to it or knew he didn’t have it. The line was long and another cashier opened right up.

5 months agoWow..I walked in and thought I had portaled to another dimension. You see the shelves were full. Product in every department. Clean. Organized..Who allowed this in a Dollar Tree? Why can’t the location closest to home do this??

My friend and I were in there trying to get some groceries and there were 4 employees standing around. We asked if there was a register open and they said “no you got to do self checkout, it’s open” and then they stood there and laughed with each other because we were having issues with self check. They never did come help so we just left our groceries and walked out. Sorry, rude service. Do NOT go there.

I love shopping here, especially after I’ve seen a YouTube DIY video. I have made my kitchen and bathroom a luxurious place by saving money and shopping here. The staff is friendly and the store receive shipments often.
You guys were awesome! The people are very entertaining, they are warm welcomers, and they have plenty of items in stock 😱 even things you’d think would NEVER be at Dollar tree!! Well it’s at this one!
Saw this ad where gentleman dropped off gifts to a housing projects like I have done in other places on holiday and other times. So I went to dollar tree and found 34 gifts to give the Jesse’s house for women. I enjoyed that and hope others will spare something and maybe give some handwarmers to the homeless sleeping outside or gloves they sell or kids who most are thought about during this time. They sell shoes for a buck! If mine had holes I would take them unless my feet hurt from the corns sticking out.
They had only 1 black doll left and a box full of white dolls. Not sure if no white people are shopping or another area.
It is a tall black cashier with braids that has horrible customer service. She doesn’t greet the customer at this location . She snatched the money out my hand when I handed it to her. I swear customer service is getting worse as the years go by.
Person checking me out didn’t say one word to any customer there, just checked out items and was humming. Asked him a question, looked directly at me and kept humming. Extremely rude.
