Go to west springfield location2 months agoCashiers are very rude and don’t really care about the customers let alone customer service2 years agoI went in this Establishment to pick up a few items. Everytime I go, its messy. The girls on the Register are usually very unprofessional. Today it was Danielle in particular. She had the craziest attitude with the guest ahead of me because she wanted balloons. Then she got upset because her line got long while she was blowing up balloons. She didn’t greet me. Just started ringing me out. No eye contact. Just rude. Once I was fully paid she Just stuffed my receipt in my bag and proceeded to start ringing the next customer without even a thank you for shopping with us or have a good evening. Never said hello. Nothing. It may seem small. But I like to be treated with respect when I’m spending money, and if it wasn’t for a shame, I would’ve put all my stuff back and gone some place else. Do Better!!a year agoRating is NOT due to staff as the 2 gentlemen were very polite. This rating is because it is sad to see the 2 employees SWEATING really bad because of the heat in that store !! Shame on the higher-ups for allowing such horrible working conditions. It is 80 degrees outside and it feels cooler than what this store does that is absolutely NOT fair to the employees !!!!a year agoStore is a mess but staff are friendly/ helpful. The panhandler that is camped out at the door ALL day/ everyday harassing the customers is a tad annoying however he makes up for it by opening the door and wishing you a blessed day… Sigh. Since the panhandler is there all the time in all types of weather the store should hire him to clean the store.

a week agoI’ve been regularly a client in this store the past 6 years. It’s clean, organized, always stocked, very nice. Today I was shopping with my daughter and she was helping me to choose Christmas decorations. The manager saw her taking some decorations for me to pick and asked her to put them back in a very rude and shameful way before I come back to finally decide which one I would keep. The manager argued and walked away! It was very rude. I never was asked before to hang stuff back when I’m shopping in any place before, we were still around choosing! I have no words to explain how ashamed we felt and specially my teenager girl. A manager should know how to treat costumers better no matter their age. I’m disappointed6 months agoNice new, very clean store. Very wide selection of products. A great craft aisle better than a lot of craft aisle you find outside an actual craft store. Lots of different colors and a few different textures of yarn. Bottles of glitter glue. Bells. Beads. Paints. So on. Their refrigerator section looks nice and clean as well with plenty to choose from. Bathroom light was broken when I was there, but staff would still let you in, apparently everybody just used their cell phone light. Although dark, it was clean.2 months agoI just came back from the store. Just wondering when the counters are going to be stocked with food, it is really empty.2 years agoShelves always stacked. People who work there are also very friendly. Huge selection of products. Also do balloons for parties. I like this Dollar Tree better than the Lynn location and other Dollar Trees. Also usually pretty neat and cleana year agoI came there today for Christmas decorations. There was a few things that were cute but not much to pick from. They need more people on though we were in line for ten mins before another team member opened a register.

It was great. I love the dollar tree. Lots of new goodies for craft projects. I hope more summer stuff is coming. I just hate waiting in line for 30 minutes to check out.
This dollar has to be one of the worst and the only store that never has change, I went in today to buy something I really needed and I only had cash on me and I gave it to them, but guess what they didn’t let me buy what I needed because I did not have exact change! You guys really need to do better because not everyone Has a card ,
So if you do not have exact change do not go here.
I love the selection and the price. I get all my basic needs here – toiletries, tissues, cleaning supplies, storage containers, party supplies, and so much more. I love Dollar Tree!
