a week agoNice place..friendly staff4 months agoGranted not in the best area but store is clean, organized, smelled good and staff is super friendly.8 months agoIm not sure if the cashiers name was actually Alisha but thats what the receipt says. Our visit was 2/20 around 4:25pm and she was highly irritated that we bought a bunch of Easter decor, sighing and rolling her eyes over and over, picked up a doormat that was over some other stuff and said “ Of course it never fails!” While sighing and shaking her head at the customer behind us, as if we were in the wrong for buying your products. Isn’t the point of having customers for them to spend money in your store?? I’m in retail, I completely get being stressed but don’t take it out on your customers.10 months agoWas charged twice for multiple items. Caught the error before I walked away and was told I could not get a refund. On merchandise I didn’t purchase? Your employee’s error but you still get to keep my money? And Princess Fiona from the trailer park had the nerve to tell me I was saying mean things to her after I was refused my own money 😂 I hope they fire you boo and your life just keeps on going down (more than it already has) more. 🖕🫵🏻👍a year agoI love this dollar tree so much. The employees are always helpful and this store is perfectly organized. Its always neat and clean, and their selections are nice. Jesse was super great and helpful when I had a sleeping baby in my arms. I appreciated that so much. Grateful for this store!

4 months agoLove this Dollar Tree I go there every week a week. Peter the assistant manager is always friendly and smiling and says hello. I often see him sanitizing the shopping baskets and wiping shelves which shows they care about how clean their store is.2 years agoThe people at this Dollar tree are exceptionally nice it’s not their fault that their supply chain is falling short they try their hardest to keep their stuff stocked and staffed overall it was a good place to shop didn’t have everything I needed but still had a lot of things that I appreciate it 90% of their stuff is still a dollar which is awesome good job Dollar tree on Ross avenuea month agoi need to get in contact with a hiring manager, you all sent me an offer but never gave me further information about when i would actually start.3 months agoThe worse dollar tree I ever been in..boxes stacked all over the store empty shelves dirty floors..you need to get supervisor to all of your store’s specially this location on ross ave….never seen dollar tree 🌳 soo nasty and empty shelves.a month ago8:50 pm and they wanna lock the doors already.

I go in about 10 minutes ago and went to 3 different employees
All of them had a very poor attitude
I will never again go to this store
How hard is it to talk with a smile instead of acting like it’s your first day there
While shopping I really needed the restroom for an emergency and the manager refused to unlock it. He said “it’s not available for you” and then turned around like I wasn’t there.
Terrible customer service. Absolutely zero compassion for paying customers. I understand if it’s out of order but he just absolutely refused to unlock it and I ended up peeing on myself.
This store is always under stocked and nasty! The shelves are so disgusting and I don’t trust buying food from this location! Worst location ever, yet it’s in a busy area.
Great place met a really nice lady, a professional organizer while there, she helped me get a cart for my supplies. It seems a bit under staffed. The lady with the head piece – seemed not so friendly, as did the tons of Indian people walking and expecting you to step to the side for them, no manners at all. The guy who cashed me out had great customer service.
Omg! $ Tree and 2 other merchants would not let my child use the bathroom because they all said they weren’t working and a fourth said it was occupied. They must have a slumlord
