a month agoThe store is 2 floors and has a great variety of everything you need for the home and garden. Store is always well stocked and aisles are tidy. Plenty of free parking. Only issue I ever have with b&m is the tills, they never have enough on and the queues can be huge at times which does put me off.a month agoAbsolutely appalled by the staff at this store today, an elderly gentleman asked a member of staff to help him carry some very heavy garden pots to the till and member of staff refused , then to be served by the rudest till operator you will ever come across, no please no thank you I asked for a bag and the reply I got was “No we haven’t got any” and that was that…. Maybe SOME of your staff need a little extra training in customer servicein the last weekGreat shop bargain prices everything we need is always in stock.5 months agoLove B&M got some mature vegetable plants to take home and grow on, very reasonably priced too. in the last weekI had to purchase pieces of garden fences, and found some very good quality and excellent prices with loads of 3ft 4ft 5ft and 6ft fences that were a better price than anywhere around my area. Excellent quality 👌. A very good parking space close to the entrance. Inside the shop I found well lit and well signed for each Isle plenty of room for anyone to get around. Of all things to buy I purchased dog food excellent quality and excellent price much cheaper than anywhere else. It was a plesent day. Nice staff, I’m unsure if there is disability accommodation?. Overall great 👍5 months agoQuick visit to the store, I was surprised to see the size and diverse array of products. The staff at checkout were friendly. The wheelchair access is doable, getting about the store is challenging. If you are unaccompanied, some things will leave you hanging around waiting for either a member of the staff to help you, more likely another visitor to the store.I personally left feeling happy as I found a product that I thought was no longer available. The store was clean and well stocked. It was overall a good vist and I would/will visit here again. Easy free parking, (at the time I was there). Disabled parking is limited overall which is a shame as the site the store is on, is ideal for me to visit often.

4 months agoIt’s a large B&M store, exactly what you would expect. Well stocked across everything whenever I have been there – some great dog toys that my pooch enjoys.A large car park with numerous spaces, even when busy I have not struggled to park.
2 months agoI will NEVER go in this store again. First and LAST time. There today with my husband who is 77 and has aggressive cancer. He has a card which explains this from Oncologist and asks to use facilities if needed. Our Local stores allow this. We explained the need to a Male member of staff and he told husband to ” use the bushes outside ” It was only after another customer over heard and intervened that a FEMALE assistant allowed him in. My husband was upset humiliated and embarrassed. We left the trolley of shopping there and walked out.THEN after contacting Customer Service I had the GENERIC reply more staff training etc etc. So I emailed the CEO. Who promised to send a PERSONAL apology . Low and behold it arrived today and it was the SAME GENERIC reply I had from Customers service. I then had an email to click on a link for my feedback. I clicked on link and guess what ACCESS DENIED. Shame I can’t attach photo to prove this. B&M SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

This is a large branch of B&M. It is unusual in that it has a large outdoor garden centre. Bought a range of bedding plants for the garden at reasonable prices. Plants look healthy and vigorous, unlike some I have seen in other stores – see pictures.
Brilliant new store. I love the brands hers, CK, Boss, Lecoste, Jack Wills, under armour and many more….lovely clothes. Beautiful Lecoste top for gym, OK it was £135 but it’s fabulous. Two pairs of JW shorts for £36 too….Great store. Good selection of luggage too.
Went to buy some items got some alcohol as well , and asked our daughter to pass a few bottle’s of alcohol from the trolley to put on the checkout and staff wouldn’t serve me, they could see she was just helping to load shopping and they said we was buying it for her which wasn’t the case totally uncalled for and ment had to get alcohol at another store .
So they were told the goods needed to have a compensation value of £270 The guy said £13.45 came outside and showed me the invoice with a value of £100 compensation, back in again, charged another £28.75
Total £42.20
This was a paid Amazon return, so the value wasn’t a concern, but the really bad service was , make sure when you send a parcel, it is insured for its replacement cost
