6 months agoWe found the W baseline road Dollar Tree shop much organised comparatively, although a smaller unit. Also, it has few good items which are exclusively available at this store. It has good range of house hold products collection, snacks & food, and the party supplies.a month agoWhile they have assortment of items and I can usually find what I need, this store gets 1 star based on my last visit.I witnessed an employee by the name of “Kat” -Very unprofessional! I saw her vulgarly yell expletives to a woman and her child. Full on profanity. The other customer mother told this employee not to yell at her kid like that, she turned around and said she was not yelling at the kid, she was yelling at her.
I tried to report it to corporate since the receipt does not have a customer service survey, I hope it reaches corporate because that experience left me feeling horrible just watching it, I can image what that Mother felt.
a month agoEmployees were helpful and I found what I needed. The store was really messy but it did appear that someone was working on cleaning it up. A few aisles had inventory and boxes on the floor, making it hard to pass.2 months ago2 ghetto for my taste you got one guy running only one register and he’s over here talking like there are seven people in line. a month agoI arrived early on Sunday to grab snacks for my kids for the weekend. And as I was waiting in line for a extended time.( Not to mention I had a disabled child and her younger sibling in tow.) As I’m waiting patiently I was distracted by watching my kids. Mind you the cashier hasn’t addressed the line of 2. Finally it’s my turn. As I approach I’m notified that it was cash only. I requested that they make a generalized announcement. That’s all. Cashier stated it just happened which leads to Lisa and a customer all repeating over and over again it just happened. Being bullied by 3 grown people and 2 of them are employees???? Is this the code of conduct accepted? Why are you antagonizing customers? I switch cashiers and Lisa who claimed was the manager continues her verbal aggression in front of my kids even after I told her I didn’t want to fight. When I did address her only because I felt forced because my kids were watching. She ignores me and starts greeting the customer she isn’t helping. Good Morning! How are you? While laughing like a lunatic. Then she asks me a question and desired a answer. I sat there and contained myself like a adult and responded appropriately and then left. It’s tremendously disturbing we had to witness such a deplorable display coming from one of your managers. My children behave better than that. And a lot of things are not personal by the way. I don’t think I did anything to deserve what occurred. Me requesting communication shouldn’t lead to a group harassment session at a place I’m spending money. Lisa if you’re reading this I hope you feel better about whatever you were going through that day but it is not okay to gang up on customers with other customers because you guys can’t handle productive criticism.2 months agoThis store is always out of….everything! Sucks! There are always long lines which sucks too. I’m giving them 3 stars because the employees here are super great, always nice and work their rearends off.7 months agoI love how much this store has updated in the last year! it went from barely anything stocked on the shelves to finding a bunch of cool new items for an amazing price even at the $1.25 mark. This location specially is my go to store not only because it’s clean but because the staff are friendly. Employees like Daniel who took the time to ask if I was finding what I needed okay pridefully care for the store. Always keeping it well stocked, neat, and comfortable for customers. Will always be a customer here. 🙂a week agoIf I was able to put “0”stars I would!! Best place to get helium balloons and party supplies!
I just don’t enjoy this store. No cart corral so carts are in parking spaces. People drive the wrong way, especially seniors to grab parking spots.
Toys are of low supply, so are greeting cards. I just end up going elsewhere because I can’t find stuff I’m looking for.
Cashiers, there us never enough because they are stocking shelves so there are long lines and some cashiers are just rude!! Done going here!!!!
I just want to say that the 2 employees who were working at this store tonight were so nice. They were very busy but they took time and went out of their way to help me. I appreciate it!
I always find lots of little goodies, along with my monthly birthday cards, I always love their holiday selection of decorations.
The store was not very well stocked at the time of our visit. We were there about 7pm on a Monday night. It was a busy place and so maybe product had just recently been depleted. Two check out aisles were full and it took about 10 minutes to check out.
