7 months agoTerrible manners and my elderly Mother and I had to tiptoe around the whole store to get around! Honestly, the mess on the floor and those giant rolling carts or dolly’s full of merchandise, are just accident to happen! The one lady pushed the cart right in front of me just expecting me to move. So rude! I had to maneuver to the side very quickly in order not to be hit!!! Later, while at check stand, the same lady was dropping off a basket that nearly HIT MY MOM IN THE HEAD! So rude! No manners! Come to find out it was a manager named Rebecca!!! I’m not spending another penny at this location ever again! ! !8 months agoThis is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been too. There are constantly homeless hanging out in front, and there is trash everywhere. The store itself looks like it has been picked over by Post Apocalyptic survivors.
Enjoy these photos….do better management. This store wasn’t always this bad.
a month agoOn September 25th at 11am, I had a very bad experience with one of the cashiers, in which she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me in front of other customers. Thankfully, another cashier named Irma kindly came to my aid and checked my things out instead. I told Irma of the incident with her colleague and recommended training since the other cashier didn’t treat me well, and I have no doubt she might do the same with others if it’s not addressed. It’s important to “treat customers with respect.”2 months agoAn overall good experience. The store is clean and spacious, I was able to find everything I need, and the cashiers were wonderful! However, the manager’s behavior was appalling. She was nasty to one of the cashiers because she was left stranded and needed to void and order after a customer walked out of the store (without the bag) because their payment didn’t go though. The manager had no business reprimanding the employee for something completely out of her control, especially in front of other customers. It really made the otherwise pleasant atmosphere awkward. Your job as a store manager is to manage the inventory and to lead your team. Not to pass on negativity because you are embarrassed about mismanaging your own duties. Get over yourself and treat people with grace and courtesy.
Absolutely LOVED everyone else and have never had a bad thing to say about this store before.
2 months agoThis store is racist and rude! Even though I walked in as first person the cashier addressed the second person ( of non color) behind me first and then I spoke up and said I needed help and she told me “I wasn’t talking to you.”The staff are discussing people and rude! Save your self from this messy store and Trashy staff!

4 months agoThe employees are great, all are courteous and friendly. The store usually stocks what need. So why the 1 star?? The poor staff have to work in unbearable conditions … NO Air conditioning & they have to provide their own fans! It is incredulous that corporate is not taking better care of good staff. No wonder It’s hard to retain solid workers. It’s so hot and stuffy in there, that I could bearly stand to be in there to get the 2 items needed, I had to grab , pay and go. I began to ponder about what I could do. So here is my solution.. posting this. Hopefully this will force the higher headquarters to do some action for these poor people. It has been over a year and there’s still nothing done. Others please let’s be the voice to help action something positive.4 months agoIt was okay . It’s Dollar Tree, just this particular Dollar Tree is bigger then most. Some of the staff were real busy, and the others weren’t very customer oriented. They were all polite from what I could tell! Just it was extremely busy the lines were all the way back down the isles! There were other employee there just when asked the lady replied “Were Managers.” So be it. I have to say the 2 cashiers that were on the registers were quick. So the waiting time wasn’t as bad as you’d think. The store its self was cleaner then others Doller Tree Stores’that I have been in. The shelves were stocked, except for a few things that they were out of. They had some things that I have only seen at this store which was nice. Other then the long lines it was like it normally is shopping at Dollar Tree.3 months agoDollar Tree is always fun to look around in and I have several staple items around the house that I buy there because it’s just a better deal and the quality is just as good as what I would buy at Target or the grocery store. Some of it is the exact same thing, same brand and everything. There are some things there that are poorer in quality than I want to buy too, but all in all, it’s a great store and you can save a lot of money doing some of your shopping there.a year agoLove the Dollar Tree. Lots of good stuff for cheap.🙂 Also smelled pretty good for some reason, like lavender!!! Staff was nice and had lots of registers open, so check out wasn’t too bad for a Saturday.8 months agoPerfect place for small items. Great selection of gift bags for any occasion. Our granddaughter is crazy about dinosaurs. They had four different gift bags in 4 or 5 sizes. Great!

They open whenever they feel like it. 10:57 and these idiots still not open. Posted hours are your ‘required’ business hours.
Why is this location even opened anymore? Staff is undertrained and horribly unprofessional and rude. Management is on a power trip. Store is disgusting. Worst part is the store is never opened when it should be. Doors are locked no staff to be found. Fire everyone and start over fresh.
Drove all the way across aurora at 9:53 am . The store said open at 9am . Lights were on, but door is locked . Knocked and called , it’s was about 10 of us out here until we gave up. Super inconvenience!!!!
I’ve had friendly cashiers and rude as heck employees/cashiers at this store. My son was in there one day and one of the older ladies, maybe the rude mgr, said something in a gruff way to a black man about her line being closed and to get in the other line. He told her “eff you”. Lol.
Another time a customer mentioned to the cashier about the wait, and she very sarcastically said that she could work there.
It is a big store, but it is often very disorganized and can have a poor selection and hit and miss on the employees and their attitudes.
This store has been closed now for more than 3 months after being told that it would only be closed for one week because of a plumbing problem… even though the staff was very rude to customers, the store was very convenient for myself and others in this immediate community, looking forward to it re-opening along with a brand new staff..
