2 months agoGreat people and great atmosphere (edit- “ignore” this please. Asia, I think it was, was not great at all today. Well, at least the “register” was in Asia’s name @ 7:43 PM 8/21/23)One thing I hate though: they don’t accept Samsung pay (“edit”- now they do)!!!! And it’s not even because they can’t. Samsung pay uses the same chip technology as in your normal card (unlike Apple pay.) The machine takes it and everything, but then last minute rejects it. This basically means they purposely reject Samsung pay for whatever reason. Super Annoying!!!!
Update: they’ve fixed it and now accept samsung pay
Update
They raised most of the prices to $1.25 and some beyond that. It’s too early to tell if an increase in quality goes with that. So far it doesn’t really seem like it. (Edit- prices went up 25% but C.S. is 75% lower than it should be *cough cough* Asia.)
Update (this was “before” my “edits”) Very bad “customer service.” No hello, after saying hello, no “thank you” no nothing. That’s not even about customer service. That’s about being a human being. For me it doesn’t matter how much I would make. Whether it be peanut $9 / hr or what should be a minimum $15 / hr. That’s just basic stuff.
The part of the store where they sell markers, boards, and learning stuff was also not nice.
But whatever. 🙂
4 weeks agoThe store says that it opens at 8am, but it doesn’t4 years agoVery clean, well-organized store. The employees are cheerful, always greet me on arrival, and of the many times I have been in the store, I have never had to wait more than a minute or two to get checked out. When a place has overwhelmingly positive reviews (as this store does), then I believe that one can very safely ignore the opinions of a couple of whiners who evidently think the world should stop turning to accommodate their every whim. Each time I go in, I encounter cheerful shoppers and cashiers in the store. I will continue giving this store my business.a month agoRude service this morning on Thursday, September 14, 2023!3 years agoStore is so dirty, workers very unprofessional, cashier ignored me when politely saying hello and asking how her day was. Shorted me change when asked about it said she’s sorry she had to pee really bad, gave me change out of her purse. Extremely poor selection of items. Find a cleaner more professional dollar tree.

12 months agoI have liked all the employees. They are always working diligently at our 3 local stores. I want to speak to customers that come through on weekends (particularly Friday through Sunday)… “Have more respect for people that work so hard to stock your favorite store!!!” I came into my closest store and was shocked to see the condition of it on the Wednesday after Halloween (Monday).I went back for a few things on Friday morning and it was much better. The employees were pulling old stock and Halloween out to start putting up Christmas. The shambles the stores are in is the same after the weekends no matter if there was a holiday.3 years agoThis is the most disorganized Dollar Tree in area. It always has boxes in the way. They never seem to be unpacked either. The shelves look like a storm came through or at least a group of preschoolers ran through the store.a year agoCashier was so sweet! Still a decent stock there, although too much Christmas stuff. Wish they had a better drink selection, and I was short on time, or I would’ve bought more things. I’d go back for sure. I’ve been to other locations with a better selection, but some are bigger than others. It was fast at the checkout and a friendly place.3 years agoThis store looks so much better!!! Came in about a year ago (give or take) and it was a mess. I came in with my daughter, and I heard they had a whole new management crew and some more help. These new managers are amazing! The turnaround is indescribable. They are so polite and helpful. My daughter needed something, and one of the managers went to the stockroom and found the item for her. Thank you managers and workers. I will be back more often 🤩a year agoStore was filthy and a wreck. 1st and last time going to this one. I have been to so many dollar trees in different cities and states and I have never seen one of their stores so dirty and messy! Even for the busy holidays….Also the workers that were in the store didn’t say a word. Not hello not bye nothing even checking out. Weird.

It was not a pleasant experience. I found what I needed right away; 4 stars for that! But, my cashier was probably having a really bad day. I felt like apologizing for bothering her. That’s a very bad feeling for a customer to have. Friendly service feels and works better for everyone!
Great dollar store to go to. Always stocked and nice employees.
Able to buy items you need cheap. The store was very organized and clean. I found everything I needed and more of what I wanted🙂
Friendly and quickly getting customers in and out.
Most of these employee are horrible!..they had a piece of paper on the door that says the closing time was 2 pm…so me and my mom go in at 1:40 and the “cashier” tells us that they were “closed” so we left and the other employee was at the door..As were leaving, the “cashier” tells the other employee at the door that two other customers could go in…it be your own people..That place show favoritism when they want to.. Never again
