2 months agoTheir ‘Garden Centre’ is better described as a plant graveyard. Most plants were dead, it’s insane they even think to charge full price. Overheard other customers noticing the same. Not worth your visit!3 weeks agoIt has everything you need for your home and garden and is reasonably priced. It’s a big store so there is plenty of room to browse and shop without feeling overcrowded. I got most of what my daughter needed for her University move.3 months agoLarge store and they always have a lot of stock so you don’t have to worry about getting there & not finding what you’re looking for. Loads of staff on the floor to help especially if you need to ask them for the price of an item, they’ve all been friendly. They do open more tills when they see it gets busy instead of letting the lines pile up on one cashier. Love how accessible they are so you don’t have to worry if you have a buggy or in a wheelchair. Only thing i don’t like is how some of the staff watch you as if you want to steal every product that you pick up – makes you feel guilty and uneasy for no reason2 weeks agoHuge store of a variety of items at reasonable prices. Also nice to just look around, I always find something to buy that I’m happy with. Garden centre doesn’t have as much choice, very basic now.3 weeks agoI like this store for the garden centre. They only have 10 trolleys which run out quickly, staff say people take them and do not return so i had to see the manager and request a stock trolley to be able to shop. There is usually only 2 tills open, recently 3. Security staff x3 stand around in the car park and at the doors doing not much. The first time one helped me pack the car was Saturday-Sam because I asked for assistance and was clearly struggling. There is a time limit in the car park of 90 minutes, if you are a slow shopper beware you will get a ticket. This store could be great if B&M took note and invested.

2 months agoB&M is a good place to shop for household items and appliances, including other groceries. They have good and competitive prices. But they don’t have many electronic products. I will recommend B&M to anyone for daily groceries especially kitchen and household appliances.a month agoGreat discounts shop. Has a huge range of products from food to small appliances. It can get very busy but still worth it to save some money. Their employees are always super helpful.in the last weekmassive shop with so many different things. I got a pair of headphones for quite cheap and they work perfectly. all the staff was really friendlya week agoRude old women working there seemingly at all times. Barking at us to use a the kiosk despite being next in line. Completely rude, it’s not the customers fault that you hate your joba week agoMore and more expensive. For a low budget shop it is deffinitely NOT low budged. I can find better prices in Bilston Market, Home Bargains, Pound stretcher, Pound shop, Herron Foods, even in Asda for some products. It is nice that they have a variety of products but you always end uo spending more than you would spend anywhere else.
The only thing I would recomend you to do is go there after finishing all your shopping anywhere else – in case you tend to do all your shoping in one day and buy whatever else you fancy, cause if you do the everyday shoping there it will be a waste of your money.

Very good food store in the zone. Some offers and some products low price. A lot of different options of toys. Very nice
The B&M store has a variety of items from food shopping household items, DIY tools, cloths and toys. Great prices. The only thing that lets them down is the queues. Only had two staff out of 5 tills. They are understaffed which makes it difficult to quickly buy a few items or even ask staff any questions.
Has all you need but the place really needs a cleaner it’s not just a bit of dirt it’s filthy inside and out and the trolly park looks to be the place everyone lets the dogs use as a toilet so not pleasant getting a trolly then inside the shop really has everything you need but the dust on everything was crazy and the floor must never of seen a mop can’t say anything bad about staff as the lady we asked for an item knew the isle and exactly where it was also everything is so cheap can’t not go there again and again there is also an online site they have that’s great but never as good as going in to buy everything from snacks food milk alcohol new rug bathroom items children’s toys a pool for the garden and tools for the car like the 2023 version of Woolworths everyone will leave with something they don’t need but will love it all
A third of the items doesn’t have price tags. There’s always a queu at the till and nobody bothers about opening further tills. Latest joke: The outdoor garden section gets closed during the hours of darkness. I guess that means no garden utensil shopping after 3pm in December just because B&M is too greedy to install floodlights.
Just to make everyone aware b&m have installed a no return or exchange on food items even with a receipt . They don’t inform people but have a little sign up which they shove in your face.
My grandad who is blind in one eye and partially blind in the other asked for help getting the coffee He usually buys but was handed a different type by the staff. No one informed him about this policy verbally. He can’t have that brand of coffee they gave him due to dietary issues. When I went to return the lady who claimed to be manager did not care and kept talking about the policy, even though this is a staff fault not a customer fault. And on the receipt it states no refund or exchange if no proof which I clearly did have a receipt. Then she said she needs to see CTV footage but does not have time to do so. Excuse me it’s your job you get paid to do so.
I spoke to head office who then transferred me to the store to find out this lady lied and she was not the actual manager. The real manager issued me the refund.
The store also needs a good clean and a air con and they need to open up more tills they have you waiting 30mins + in a queue.
