3 months agoGreat store. Would have been 5* but couldn’t get everything I came in for and some staff not overly friendly. Remember to some customers you might be the only person they speak to. I do understand there are issues all round with getting stock in too. I like B&M for the various variety and low prices! The prices of well know brands is certainly cheaper than most. I particularly like the location of this b&m and parking is free! Conveniently located next to other stores as it’s part of a small retail centre.
£50!!! I’d been looking at these every year, never having the money to buy. Went to the till thinking £80 and they’d been reduced again. I love B&M 🤩
This shop offers a wide variety of products, including painting and decorating supplies, and is quite large inside. There are usually plenty of parking spaces nearby, including a couple of disabled spaces near the shop entrance.
The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. The shop can get quite busy, especially on weekends, and you can sometimes experience large queues at the tills.
Rude employees.
We were at the till waiting for my Dad to get a bag from the car to bag our groceries. The cashier turned back to the other cashier to make an ironic rude comment about how we didn’t wan to buy a bag. AND she kept asking us if we want a bag, sorry that we were committed to being sustainable.
I am sorry but good manners should be a basic training for the employees.
Need more trolleys! I had to carry my baby’s car seat around the shop which was not easy
