FYI: the arm that moved to direct the water had major scraping where paint used to be. Beware if you are taking a wide car or truck through.4 weeks agoIt did a good job. a year agoUsually this place is my go to and they always do a pretty decent job, never had a real complaint and have been satisfied. However, when I went today I was completely dissatisfied. I asked for an interior clean and my seats were left with additional marking than when I came in with and the existing mark was still there after the “cleaning”, center console completely ignored and not even wiped down, finger print smudges on panels on door, cleaner sprayed on dash and not wiped away being left to dry, mirrors adjusted, etc. I also asked and paid for fragrance and didn’t get that either. The only thing we’ll done was the exterior and vacuuming. There were three men working on cleaning the inside of my car, one of them being the supervisor, and all of them misses these things.a year agoNow that I’m handicap, I let them wash my big black dodge truck, & they do a great job. I give them a 5 star..2 years agoI can’t say exactly what is involved in the basic service, it might have included waxing and scratch removal, because it sure looked like it, but my car went in dirty and came out looking in every way as good or better than new, and smelled nice, too. It was polished and shone all over. It was incredible and well worth the money. The time it took was more than acceptable. How could you expect such good service if it was instant? The workers were as pleasant as they could be.2 years agoWent in and got their “express” wash. Exterior looked really good, interior it seemed as though they only vacuumed the floor. Rest of the interior looked the same. I asked for a full interior cleaning but I guess that wasn’t available, it was only $20 though so can’t complain. Hoping to find a car wash somewhere that actually cleans interiors too.a year agoStop by around 10:00 or so and was only one person in front of me in line. My car was super dirty so it was glad to get it washed. Gave it the works with armor all inside and out. They’ve always done a good job for me at this car wash. Just a little bit slow today

Just wanted to tell you all about an experience today…
Hugo car wash in Asheboro, today I took my moms car through there, and the gate was clearly messed up, it didn’t fall all the way down but it did jolt and the screen changed, which usually means to pull on through. I did, and the gate fell on my moms car, leaving several scratches. The attendant (she wouldn’t tell me her name) but she wears glasses and has long wavy dark hair, came to my window with an enormous attitude accusing me of causing the equipment to malfunction, and that I had messed up her que and got even more hateful about the situation. And repeated over and over “did the gate go down and back up” speaking louder over me each time. I called about 30 minutes later to speak with someone (she answered), and I was told my negligence was to blame and I was hung up on. I have never felt more disrespected by anyone, and I now have damage to the top of my moms car to fix. I am beyond furious. This happened around 12:30 August 2nd.
Do not take your car here unless you want to devalue it and feel degraded yourself. My blood is still boiling
Good: line is going quick even though it’s busy.
Bad: They do terrible job. Look at my car. Looks like the car was never fully rinsed. Rims are still dirty. Complete waste of money. I’m not from the area and didn’t know.

I’ve always wondered about joining a car wash membership and I am really glad I decided to try it. Hugo’s is a great place to bring your car to keep it looking like new and I come often. The price is great, the car wash equipment is well maintained, and it does a great job. Everyone at Hugo’s is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Hugo’s Car Wash
When Hugo’s first opened it was a quality car wash. Now…not so much. Still have bug splatter on the windshield and I had soap under the hatch. The left side brush wasn’t working, so the left side didn’t get washed.
Love this car wash. It’s a great deal, closeby, gets my car looking new, the vacuums work well, friendly staff. I couldn’t figure out how to use the car mat scrubber and the manager Reanna came over and showed me. Very professional, helpful, and super friendly.. HIGHLY recommend!!
