I was shocked at the amount of product available at this store and how big it was! I have never seen a Dollar Tree like this before and was also impressed with the signage and organization. I’ll definitely be coming to this location more often.

Great prices ;). Store used to be dirty and disorganized. However, I have noticed quite the opposite the last 6 months or so. Location seems under staffed a lot, as long lines can form quickly and be long lasting, especially around noon.

This is one of the more organized and well-stocked Dollar Tree stores in the Provo and Orem area. Everything and all categories of the store is stocked and well put on the shelves whereas the two other Dollar Trees in Provo have mostly empty shelves half stock areas with boxes on the floor.

If you go to Dollar Tree with any regularity, you know what to expect. There are honestly some things here that are a fantastic deal. Cleaning products, some of the food stuff, decorations, things for kids, there’s a lot of things that you can get at a great value price. The employees here have always been very pleasant and the store is pretty well kept. I have no regrets or hesitation to come here.

OVERVIEW – 4.75 Usually come here whenever the closest dollar store is out of stock of the particular items I am searching for. I refer to this store as the Super Dollar Tree as I have been told it is the largest in all of Utah by the cashier.

LOCATION – 5 The Dollar Tree is located along the busy State Street, but it is sometimes hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for.

PRICE – 5 It’s a dollar store, so you can’t really go wrong, maximum price you’ll pay per item is a buck.

PRODUCTS/SERVICES – 4 Once again, it’s the dollar store so most products have an expected quality.

POINTERS/PERKS – N/A There might be a few but at this moment, I’m not sure what they’d be.

EMPLOYEES – 5 When I went this last time the employees were friendly and professional. No complaints.

You can always find the little things you want or need there. I bought a tin foil throwaway roasting pan and extra wide aluminum foil for a roast I want to cook. Less than three dollars. Since I didn’t have a roasting pan, it was just what I needed.

Love the Dollar Tree as an ex-employee and frequent shopper.

There were 2 90 year old cashiers moving slower than molasses. It took 45 minutes to check out the 5 people in front of me. I’d get it if it was on a weekday, but on a Sunday afternoon? Maybe find some younger help. Also, there were empty pallets and boxes everywhere.

Cashier wasn’t mean but she wasn’t very inviting either! But, VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. I know it’s not easy keeping a store picked up and have everything where it goes but this store is very organized.

  1. I went in the store to find a few things and an employee named Dorothy was amazing. She helped me find what I needed and was so helpful. I really appreciate her hard work!

  2. When I come to this store I always look for a certain employee she has really been very helpful. I enjoy seeing her when I come in but she is not there alot of the time I think she needs more hours.

  3. The employees at this location are extremely rude. There were no carts or little baskets in the store so my husband went out to get one for us. The multiple employees standing around were too busy gossiping to go collect carts. He brought in a cart and I happened to be clear in the back of the store and heard the girl up front very loudly say ” sir, you can’t bring that in here!!” Im sure I wasn’t the only customer that panicked for a moment not knowing what scary thing was being brought in the store. Then I heard my husband ask what she meant. She loudly replied that the cart was from another store and was not allowed. Her took it outside. She didn’t realize that he wasn’t alone and I was right there. I got to enjoy them laughing and bad mouthing my husband for being so stupid. According to them. I was shocked that they had the nuts to trash take a customer for getting a cart that their over weight butts were too lazy To go out and get them. I guess it was raining and they were so sweet that they must have been made of sugar and couldn’t go out in the rain. We left and will not ship at dollar tree again. I also plan to pass the word along to everyone in my circle of friends and family that it’s better to pay more elsewhere rather than ever give that company my money.

  4. I asked an employee if there restrooms were available and they said no so I said oh ok thanks tho and she tells me to take off my hoodie so I did as respectfully as I could because I wasn’t able to use there restrooms idk why but they followed me outside took pictures of me and my car idk why I didn’t steal anything oh the question is why what did I do ??? They said I want able to use the restroom so as I was on my way to another restroom they take pictures of me like what …. they need real help all I asked was to use the restroom and just because I was wearing a hoodie 🙄
