3 months agoMost poorly run company I ever worked for it’s just a matter of time before the power shuts off again unexpectedly due to the poor maintenance practices. Very unprofessional management that refuses to listen to the professionals and are extremely hostile to the employee’s. I saved them tens of thousands of dollars by doing all the electrical work in house and they refused to buy me many of the tools I needed having to bring in my personal tools on many occasions then they would complain if they had to replace a 40 dollar tool of mine what a joke !4 months agoVERY sketchy choice of a building. Security guard’s personality is highly unethical.a year agoThe hosting is alright, it worked like any other however competitors prices are better. They want you to cancel a month in advance but don’t have it listed anywhere. I’ve asked in email multiple times from support of where their cancellation policy is and they just ended up ghosting, not sure if this was a made up rule for me as once again they don’t have it available on their website.5 months agoGetting ready to order a dedicated server and their prices are amazing.3 years agoSecured Servers is not about the customer. We had been with them since 2014 I believe, and despite spending more than $50,000 with them over the course of our stay they would not waive a measly $600 contract breach fee and instead made us stay with the contract and pay for a server we explained to them several times we didn’t need. I understand, a contract is a contract, but they had no budge in terms of negotiating with us and eventually started ignoring our requests to negotiate and we had to literally send endless emails in hopes of one of them catching an eye and getting a response. I’ll never use them again and our account rep (Shane) went from friendly to business real quick when we wanted to negotiate on the contract. Overall I feel like they faked us into staying, their contracts for lower pricing are a scam, and their semi-good network is the only stilt keeping this company afloat.

5 months agoThis company is not genuine. They make you think that you get 2 years for paying for one year, but then they will give you one year only. The promotion they run is deceptive: Transfer Domains To NameSilo we extend your expiration for 1 year. I would never transfer to them anything.5 months agoThis is the worst domain name provider I have come across in over 20 years of business, they will permanently deactivate your domain name without any notice. Their customer service is also very rude, always despising their customers, and only one sentence in each reply.6 months agoNamesilo abuse e-mail address ignores requests to take down phishing websites registered on their platform and it is just an autoresponder. They also provide service to help concieve the identity of these scammers who make up the majority of NameSilo customers.6 months agoThey will not take down phishing domains even when is publicly evident. Do not support this.2 years agoTheir customer support starts with “Hi,” and ends with “NameSilo Support Team” but the support team does not support. Just getting silly replies. Very disappointed after being a customer for many years and first time need to use “Support”.
